Paris j'Adore Hotel & Spa

It is a smaller hotel and they made me feel like I was actually important from the moment I walked in the door. I’ve spent a long career traveling about in the USA and I’ve racked up thousands of room nights and earned all sorts of loyalty levels with hotel chains. I came here for the first time ever and they treated me like the most important person in the room, no status, no points, just a customer staying with them. The service was astounding and made our whole time in Paris enjoyable.

The small size was wonderful. The restaurant was very, very good and our waiter, Alexander, was truly the best waiter I’ve ever seen or experienced. He made our last night in Paris a memorable one as we chose to dine in at the hotel rather than go out. The room itself was also very comfortable and included a lot of modern amenities along with some unexpected ones: like high-tech automation even including fragrance control in the room. I do think the sexy swing in the room was kind of funny for us - we are old after all! LOL!.

Bruce the manager is the perfect host, all service, all smiles, everything perfect and high level!

Nothing

Exceptionally clean and comfortable hotel, sophisticated decor, attentive staff and overall good vibes. Spa was excellent too, and spotless.

The meal we had in the restaurant was disappointing, however the lady manager dealt with the hiccup extremely well and overall I would not let it detract from a wonderful 3 nights.
