Very quaint place. Really feel like you're in an English cottage rather than a hotel.
Old building so no lifts and getting up and down stairs is a bit cramped. Also it's a bit far from the station but not too bad of a walk.

It was very clean, Good location, friendly helpful service
We were promised a bottom floor. There was NO elevator . We were given an upstairs room. Upstairs was two flights up. We weren’t helped with our numerous suitcases. Narrow hall to get up the stairs. We wouldn’t stay here again because there was no elevator.

Lovely historic boutique hotel in the perfect location - close to walk to all main attractions but far enough away to be a bit out of the tourist hubbub. Room is exquisitely and thoughtfully furnished, with additional comforts of a minbar with fresh milk for your cup of tea of coffee. Comfy bed with good linens; and plush towels. Local recommendations for food and drinks in the room. No aircon, but a fan is provided in the room. All up, a delightful stay and can’t wait to return.
Having the room serviced when I had the ‘do not disturb’ on the door.
This is not a complaint as the hotel makes this info clear at booking - but a reminder for those who cannot climb stairs. You need to book a ground floor room. There is no lift, it’s a historic building.
