The location and size!

Nothing

The location was great.

AC wasn’t really working in the bedrooms. Terrace had dead plants and wasn’t a particularly nice setting to eat out. Bedroom off hall way was very uncomfortable. The entire place needs updating and refurbishing.

The location was great. Great view of duomo, but too hot to use it.

We could not get the Air conditioning lower than 84 degrees farenheit. It made for a very unpleasant stay. We understand that it is hot in Florence right now, but we showed up to Venice and realized just how bad the A/C had been in Florence. Their A/C units cannot handle the size of the apartment. The washing machine also started leaking, which was another big reason that we picked this apartment. Also should note that one of the bedrooms does not have a door from the common area.
