House was spotless. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.

There wasn't any yard for our dog to run around.

the bathroom, loose toilet bowl. clogged sink. even though the dishwasher worked very well, it wasn't secured to the kitchen counter, it tended to tip outward. the washing machine regular wash cycle didn't work.

This was a perfect location and such a cute place. It was decorated so cute. The bed was so comfy. It had an outdoor shower!!!! Set back from most of the traffic throughout the beach. Full kitchen. Games. It was amazing. We will definitely be back. The TVs were really nice and had a Roku. The furniture was comfy.

It was a little dirty and may feel more dirty to you if you like things exceptionally pristine. Like all the surfaces and floors and usual things were clean, but like the windows and door jams were a little dirty. The paint was scuffed in a few places, but for us it just added to the charm. The house felt lived in and more home-y. We had a couple of issues with appliances, but I texted vacasa after we left and they sent someone out ASAP. I'm sure we could have texted them during and they would have sent someone out, but that wasn't really necessary for us. ALSO BEWARE THE BEAN PUZZLE it's really hard but so fun but then you get to the end and it's missing a piece!!!!!

Location was great - walking distance from the beach

The neighbors next door ( possible owners) were very loud - start loud talking early in the morning and late night. And also laundry machine was running after 11 pm and we heard it in the bedroom

It was a very good location and not very far walk from the beach. The outdoor shower was awesome and we loved using it after coming off the beach.

The bed upstairs was a little hard, but other than that it was perfect.

Folly Beach is great! We liked how close we were to the beach, and the outdoor shower was awesome. It fit our family of five just fine. The cherry on top was having a washer and dryer.

We felt there could have been steps closer to the outdoor shower (easier access) so we didn’t have to walk all the way around. The landscaping was a bit lackluster as well, but neither are dealbreakers!
