Novotel London Greenwich

location, room facilities, parking.

The bed was far too firm and the pillows poorer quality than we would have expected (not at all soft).

Fantastic stay, good workers, friendly and immediately responsive to needs, good chef too and friendly. Reception helped us check-in about 2.5 hours before 3pm based on availability though we were informed earlier about the check-in time and policy. They also have a store which is free to use if you arrive earlier and have luggage; you can keep and tour the area to prior to check-in. Hotel is very close to the train station (good connections) yet insulated from the noise, so it's not a concern but a big advantage especially with luggage. Also like the separation of toilet from bathroom and both are clean. Hotel is also a 2minute walk from Sainsbury and Aldi store for quick grocery and the neighbourhood is very beautiful, cool and calm.

Other than a notable stain on the carpet/rug at the centre of the room which I believe can be washed, also feel the rug in the room will appreciate a deep clean, I had a pleasant stay.

Ideal for our visit to the O2 tennis

The staff were excellent

Zimmer war schmutzig, kleines WC, Dusche konnte nicht geschlossen werden, Fenster durch Sicherung fürs Lüften mit max 1cm. Öffnung möglich aber sowieso nicht dicht. Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Bedienung in Bar und Restaurant sehr langsam
