Kuby's Place, Innenstadt Shiner Casita

Everything was great the air conditioner remote before l needs batteries I believe

We came to Shiner for the Halfmoon Holidays BBQ cookoff. The location was perfect. It was literally a straight shot down the street to the park so we were able to easily get back and forth on the side by side. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a major misunderstanding, but they were super accommodating and worked with us to rectify the situation. We appreciate that so much. The casita itself was great. Very clean. We didn’t cook or use the grill while we were there but they had everything we would have needed if we did. The bed wasn’t my favorite. It was a thinner mattress with a thick bed topper. Too soft for me but other might like it. The shower was great. Nice water pressure and no trouble with hot water. Had everything we needed to get ready. The biggest issue we had was with the AC. The unit was in the main room so it was really hot sleeping in the bedroom. My husband ended up sleeping on the sleeper sofa because it was so hot for him. If it weren’t for that, our visit would have been perfect.

I messaged the owner a few times before booking and she got back with me very quickly. Our stay was fabulous! Kuby’s place was beautiful inside, and it had a beautiful bathroom and shower. Even our bed was comfortable which isn’t always the case with rebating someone’s home. This place is perfect!

Nice property and cozy inside. Parking isn’t great. Surveillance cameras all over -outside, feels like you’re being watched when outside. No problems with host; provided a convenient guide that helped orientation of the area. Would recommend.
