Location was perfect. The manager Aloyce was good and helpful. The living room was nice with big flat screen TV

The kitchen was infested with cocroaches, there was no water kettle, blender as advertised, first bedroom window was not closing so it was wide open all the time. Toiletries like soap not available

Very disappointed... Dirty-extremely dirty. All surfaces, windows, showers, toilets. Better you don't touch anything!!! Not good value for money. Furniture is very old. Not the same apartments as on the picture!!! Host is not interested at all on clients-doesnt know what is included and even for how many persons was booked. Unprofessional approach. Coffee Machine is there but you can't use it. AC is broken. No possibility of late check out. Check out time mentioned in booking is 11am. From 10.30am they ask you to move out. Breakfast...it's absolutely not acceptable service. 1 plastic spoon for 5 people, 1 tea spoon of tea, opened and used tin of butter, empty tin of sugar.. ....loaf of bread....we didn't know what to do with this set!!! If you need extra towel you can't get it-"it's not possible " as host says. Swimming Pool not clean and electrical wires are out in the water-good luck with swimming!!!! Not recommend it at all! Don't waste your money!😕 On the same building you can find apartments which manages another companies-are clean, presentable and hosts are friendly!

The staff was nice, especially the cleaning lady. The location is very good, in a nice part of the town. The flat and the whole complex is safe.

The flat is needs a general cleaning/renovation. Is infested with bugs. The beds quality is low. The value for money is one of the lowest I've ever accounted. Paying extra for "breakfast" makes no sens as it just some eggs and low quality spreading items.
