The room was good

There was nothing for shower like shampo or body wash

It’s functional for a short stay, has basic kitchen utensils and a fridge and it’s clean

We booked 2 rooms for our party and were placed in to separated buildings about 5 min walk The door system don’t fell so safe as anyone with the code could enter (and it was the same in both apt) The room is an apartment split in 3 parts, so it’s not very cozy

The location is good. 8min walking from the train station, where there are many other means of transportation. The area is ok, but many supermarkets and fast food locations. The building is not bad and I used to have sun in the desk and bed in the morning, very pleasant :)

Communication is something I value a lot. They took long periods to reply and, and they did, they did not answer what I needed. Also, they mentioned in my welcome email that I couldn't use the washing machine in their other flat in the same building. Why that? I knew mine had no washing machine. Why reminding me of that and mentioning the other one has it? To open the building door for the first time, I had to make a phone call to have the door unlocked. What if I didn't have a phone working in Austria? Many foreigners don't. There was a big frame of a naked woman on the wall. They don't know who will stay there, so they should be neutral and respectful to everyone. And I need to mention the lights. In the kitchen and in the bathroom they have sensors and turn on/off automatically. Not only they did turn off sometimes while taking a shower but, even worse, they used to turn on during the night and I couldn't sleep. Weirdly enough, it used to turn on when it was windy outside (I really would like to understand this relation). The bathroom had a window to the room, right where the bed is (right above my head). There was a curtain, but a thin one, so the light used to scare me off all the time :(

It was a nice little studio made of the regular flat split into three studios. Mine had a wash machine that was a great plus. The 'unmanned' check-in was well organized.

While the transport connection to Wienna from Florisdorf U-Bahn/S-Bahn station was very good, it took probably five minutes more to get there from the appartment than one would desire. It is obviously about the value for money, and the location was of course shown at the Booking map, but overall, this one is not exactly a downtown place just next to the transport stations and such.

The apartment is really nice and fully equiped, even better than as on pictures. Staff is also very kind and they were available for all questions and needs.

I did not like that the towels were dirty and I had a really bad eye infection!

Good Location. The apartment is in a typical Austrian building. Check in and check out went smoothly. Clean apartment.

The neighbours are scared of unknown people.
