There was pressure to attend a sales pitch...it was misrepresented

Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, drip coffee maker with complimentary filters and coffee packet for first morning and paper towels. Bring Small bath soap and dishsoap for first night an morning. Room arrangement perfect. Carpet paint furnishings dated but we we were not there for luxe. Comfortable and close to restaurants.

We come down to the area pretty much every year to visit family. We spent 2 days at the resort in the pool, the game room, etc. It is very nice.

The resort was very accommodating and spacious. My husband, my 16 year old son, and myself stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, while my parents (in their 70’s) stayed in the 1 bedroom lockoff. It was great that they had their own entrance so they could come and go as they pleased without disturbing us, and offered them privacy as well. We all had a great time enjoying all of the resort amenities. My 16 year old especially liked the game room! This resort is very close to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement, and Yorktown (which we all did and I highly recommend visiting!) We would definitely recommend staying at this resort. We had no issues with check in, they were not pushy about the timeshare presentation (which we passed on, and they were completely fine with that). Our suites were very clean and comfortable! Had a great time!

The property was beautiful! So much to do just on the resort alone!!!

Our traveling party of 11 ranged from ages 8-80. We needed to find a place that was engaging to a large variety of ages and interests. We loved our stay at Club Wyndham Kingsgate! The amenities were outstanding and kept our group busy when we weren't our touring the area. We enjoyed the large pool, minigolf, pickleball and the arcade just to name a few. The location of the resort couldn't have worked out better as we were so close to restaurants, historic sites and Busch Gardens. Highly recommend this resort!

We loved the adjoining rooms. We had the whole 3rd floor to ourselves and so much room. The resort had so many amenities we were never bored. Conveniently located near colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA. Whole family had a blast and want to come back next year.

We loved this property. Very centrally located to everything in Williamsburg. The property is in a gated community with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and the mini golf course.

Had to return to the front desk to get our electronic keys to work. One part of our unite had a smoke smell even though these were non-smoking units, AC in on of our units was not working properly.

We were able to shop have great meals out and quiet time in the room

The 3 bedroom lockoff was very spacious. It was also very clean and comfortable. The property was very nice and my daughter took advantage of the workout facility.

Excellent place - my family enjoyed the pool and the hot tub.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Property well cared for and clean. Furnishing a little dated but very clean. Bed very very comfortable!

Very nice amenities, loved the comfy king beds and bathrooms. Enjoyed sauna, pool and hot tubs. Enjoyed brief chats with other friendly guests.

The only complaint I have was our room not being ready when we got there. We will definitely stay here again.

the resort is excellent. it has everything that one would expect. my 12 year old grand son had a ball; swimming, playing golf, pool and arcade, he did not want to leave. 9 year old granddaughter spent her birthday their and had a wonderful time. we will definitely return

We enjoyed everything about this property except for the check in. We were renting this condo unit for a week, and were ambushed at check-in by a hard sell pitch. After traveling all day we were tired and just wanted to get to our room, but we had to endure a spiel by a representative just to check in. We will think twice about renting another Wyndham property if this is their policy. It was a horrible first impression.

Great accommodations for a two family vacation. Great times, great memories and great convenient location!

Great stay at this wonderful property. Excellent for families, tons for the kids to do, the weather was crummy and it didn't matter because there was heated pool, arcade, clubhouse and the units were spacious and well appointed. Highly recommend!
