Beautiful beach home with incredible views of the beach and the inter coastal. Has everything you could want! The beds and living room furnishings are super comfy. Communication with Reba was easy and she was very responsive when we arrived later than expected. Definitely will return again!

We booked this based on glowing reviews both for Van Lee property and this unit in particular. Pics and description accurate. Surprised how well we could hear the surf from 11th floor. Unit was spotless when we arrived, including balcony furniture. West facing balcony is a bonus in addition to OF balcony.

This was our first family vacation to Florida. I brought my two adult sons, my adult daughter and both my granddaughters. We we're all amazed at our accommodations. The condo looked exactly like it looked online when I booked it. The views of the ocean were breathtaking. We met a lot of really wonderful people while we stayed. This is definitely one of the most memorable moments we've all shared together. We couldn't have asked for better. The condo was perfect for us and was beautiful! We're so grateful to have had this opportunity. Reba, the host was friendly and offered to assist us with anything we needed. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could possibly want in the kitchen. There were lots of beach towels and blankets and bath towels. All you have to do is pack your clothes that's it. I highly recommend this condo at Ormond Beach Florida. Our vacation was perfect! We stayed October 3rd till the 8th 2023.

This condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway...even when it rains and you don't get to the beach. The views off the balcony are serene and the the high top chairs near the front door to enjoy views of the Halifax and sunset are a bonus. The only issue we had was getting all of the TV remotes to work, wasn't a big enough deal for us though. We would come stay again.

We had such an amazing trip! The condo is beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need! Reba is so thoughtful and takes such good care of the guests! We got detailed emails prior to arrival and texts making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I caught a little bug and they were kind enough to allow us the option to extend our stay so would have time to recuperate before traveling home! It really was like staying with family. The location is quiet and beautiful and perfect for relaxing! I will definitely be booking a stay here again in the near future!

I recommend if you are looking for perfect place to stay in Ormond Beach to look at this property . Location is perfect, and view from balconies are amazing. Beach not as crowded as some spots. The condo was very clean and well maintained.All the amenity for condo was very well keep up and clean.There is a grocery store and Dunkin Donut in walking distance of the condo or short drive.The owner of unit was very friendly and stayed InTouch to see if we needed anything or if everything was as expected.I would Highly recommend the unit for your vacation.

Our 20th anniversary trip was just perfect. This condo has literally everything you need. I had asked if there was a cooler with the property so that we could take one on the beach. Reba replied that she would have one there and, sure enough, there it was when we arrived! The condo, the view, the balcony, everything is just fantastic. My wife and I can't wait to come back!

We stayed over Christmas break and everything was perfect despite the cooler than usual weather. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the property manager was very accommodating. The views at sunrise and sunset were stunning. It's a really nice area with good restaurants a short drive away. We didn't want to leave.

Our family of four stayed at Reba's place for the Thanksgiving break. Communication with Reba was great and the location couldn't be better. There are tons of shops and restaurants just a short drive away. And the view is amazing! The condo was super clean and well-stocked. Would definitely stay here again next time we come to the area.

This was our first time in Ormond beach. Typically we stay in Daytona closer to the speedway. The building is quiet the neighbors are friendly and we didn't miss the traffic and noise at all. The condo is spacious, very comfortable and well stocked. The view from the 11th floor was breathtaking! We spent most of our time out on the balcony taking in the view. We didn't want to leave and can not wait to come back soon!

Everything about the condo was good. It was clean, neat and well taken care of. The kitchen had everything one would need. We loved the bathrooms with the walk-in showers. The large TV with easy-to-use remote control made for pleasant viewing. The location of the Van Lee was excellent. Close to Publix's and wonderful restaurants. Of course, being right on the beach made the entire stay a wonderful experience. Bottomline - we all enjoyed it and would not hesitate in coming back to the same unit the next time we visit Florida.

This place was amazing! It's a great location away from all the activities of daytona but close enough to drive just a few miles and be right in the middle of main street. It's very clean, with amazing views. The host Reba is amazing and will help or answer questions anytime and very quickly. Overall a very nice place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Reba is great! Answered any questions and very friendly. The views from here are amazing, loved seeing the sunrise every morning! You can literally see it while laying in bed! Hearing the waves all day everyday was so nice. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen and even beach accessories. There’s nothing this place doesn’t have. We can’t wait to come back!

This condo did not disappoint!! It was just as beautiful as the pictures. The owners of this condo made sure you felt at home from beach chairs/umbrella to fully stocked kitchen utensils. Communicating with the owners was easy and very friendly, eager to please. We will definitely be booking another stay !!

We all had a wonderful vacation! The condo was so nice and clean! Would love to come back! Reba even surprised my nieces with a card, balloons, and a cake! Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed!
