The hotel was great!!!! Great location, great staff!!!! Definitely will be staying there again. Full kitchen, very nice beds. Free drinks and snacks in the evening.

No one came to clean the room during the stay. The sink in the bathroom didn’t work properly and no tub to bath my 1 year old in

The location was absolutely perfect…we were able to walk to the beach, and every restaurant we ate at. The hotel staff were very friendly, professional and down to earth. The made to order complimentary breakfast was so good, it felt like we had a private chef cooking for us. They also provided us with complimentary bikes that you can borrow for up to 2 hours. We rode them along the broadwalk which was also a really great area with people, shops and other hotels in the area. We felt very safe. The pool was almost like an indoor, outdoor area. It’s kind of small but most of the time we had it to ourselves, not to mention it’s a SPA TUB, so you can turn on the jets and sit along the wall of the pool and relax. Beds were very comfortable…we had a FULL KITCHEN with everything we needed in it. Overall our stay was a 10/10 and we look forward to staying here every time we visit Jacksonville.

Everything. Josh, at the front desk, was amazing. Breakfast was phenomenal. Bed was very comfortable. All around, one of the best stays in a hotel.

All the staff were so friendly. Happy hour with free beer/wine and cheese available Monday through Thursday, resulting in much intermingling amongst guests. A great idea!! The location of the hotel was great for exploring Jacksonville Beach. Having a fridge/freezer, microwave,etc in the room was great.

Being next to McDonald's lead to some noise.
