It is in a great location and cheaper than many other hostels in the area.
No elevator and 6 floors. The water pressure in the showers was very high and annoying. The kitchen can feel small and hard to maneuver around meal times.

The location is perfect- few steps from Royal mile and Waverley train station. Well equipped kitchen, friendly stuff, 15 % discount for food in the cafe near

Couldn’t be a more central location right by the Royal Mile.
Helpful staff at reception.
Bedding, dorm and bathrooms were clean.
Good value for money.
Three flights of stairs up to the dorm.
The bunk beds were really creaky and had no curtains.
People in the dorm not respecting hostel etiquette being loud, talking and turning on lights well past midnight.
Also people were very loud outside the dorm in the hallway late at night. The hostel really needs to be strict about this kind of behaviour.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable.
