Especially loved the fireplace and the outdoor patio. Only complaints are that the carpeting was an odd choice, got damp easily and smelled a little. And the freezer part of the refrigerator didn't stay closed. But great place overall, definitely recommend! Awesome location! Very walkable!

There are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit (many close around 8-9 pm). Our only issue was with the lack of comfortable seating in the living room. While many aren't in the rental enough for this to matter, it was a slight downer for us. In a rental with three bedrooms, a small sofa and single chair are a bit shy...

Kitchen has everything for cooking/baking, huge fridge/freezer, all worked great. Gated parking also very nice. Amazing views of the water, and very nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer + dryer very nice to have. THE OKAYDining table is extra-long but only had 7 chairs, so someone was always stuck with a resin-plastic patio chair. Fireplace in photos looks like nice wood-burning, but it's a gas light-switch "on/off" and has a very low flame and not much ambiance. Living room/tv/fireplace area only had a couch and armchair to seat 4 adults, this space needs a huge 'pit-couch' or second couch and second chair.THE TRULY BADSuite does NOT sleep 8, but only 6 adults, as the queen sofa couch was horrible, super thin barely 2" mattress pad and springs all bent underneath so just like Ricky+Lucy bed in that 1950s comedy (this time not funny). Terrible for sleeping, uh, make that "trying to sleep". TV-stereo/audio system took 2hrs to get TV to work, had to unplug and rearrange cords, never did get to play our iPods or iPhones, only got audio from TV internal speakers (very soft at highest volume setting), and never got ceiling speakers/surround sound to work. Booklet on coffee table still states there's housekeeping, bed sheets changed every other day, towels each day, but that's not the case. We had to buy lots of toilet paper for 8 adults/4 days, plus extra paper towels + trash bags.

The bedding was great. Not too hot or too cold. Simple with style and hint of color. Firm mattress. I took my own pillow. At night, I opened the master bedroom door to hear the ocean. The condo was just perfect and allowed us to have good family time that could not have been possible if we had stayed in even the same hotel. The area became very busy on the weekend and parking would have been a nightmare had it not been for the dedicated, gated, covered parking at the complex. The unit was very spacious with high-end appliances and finishes. We own a rental condo in Panama City Beach, FL, so our perspective was not only that of a guest, but also as an owner. Check-in could not have been easier. A very famous restaurant directly across the street (50' away!) burned in the middle of the night, and we did not even hear the sirens! We highly recommend Valentina Suites.

I would, however, encourage the property management company provide bottled water or at the very least let the renters know about the water situation in Pismo. While it is safe to drink, it smells bad and is undrinkable, even out of the refrigerator which has a filter.

It was very nicely kept and clean. What we enjoyed most was it proximity to everything in downtown Pismo - all within walking distance. We loved being able to hang out as a group in the condo and play cards or sit on the balcony. It was very safe and secure and the gated parking area was great. The only draw back for us would be the price if we wanted to go with just our family. We split the condo three ways this time, which made it more affordable. Overall, it was a great place and a great location!

My husband recently past away and I needed to get away and take a few of our kids and grand kids away to start some new memories. We were about 2 blocks from the beach (walking distances) and lots of shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and great condition.

It was perfect location and setting to enjoy it all. The views to see the pounding waves and the palm trees bend sideways in the wind. We kept the fireplace on and played cards at the 8 person table. It was a family reunion. There were 6 of us and a baby. The unit was spacious enough that you could get away by yourself if you need to but our intent was to hang out together in the great room which we did most of the time. On the down side some of the dishes weren't clean and the TV took a bit, but we weren't there to watch TV so it didn't matter much to us.

The three-bedroom unit worked out great for us, and we LOVED the location. Every afternoon was spent on the balcony, which offered a splendid view of the ocean two blocks away. The bedrooms, master bathroom, and kitchen were functional and comfortable. My only gripe is the limited seating in the living room. There is a small couch for two people, and one lounge chair. Another couch would have allowed all of us to lounge together at night. There is seating for 11 around the dining room table - so go figure! My friend also had a complaint that the shower curtain in the second bathroom was moldy. They are only a couple of dollars to replace, and I'm sure that the rental company will take care of this. All that stuff behind, we really had an amazing time away from Los Angeles, and look forward to doing it again next year.

Villa Valentina is in great proximity to the beach and to local businesses. This unit is spacious with nice bathrooms and showers, comfortable beds and great closet and drawer space. The kitchen was nicely stocked.. only further requests would have been lids for some pans that fit, coffee grinder and either a working ice machine in unit or ice dispenser on the property. Also, the lack of a crib, apparently due to Covid, was an issue for us, but we purchased one from Target at a pretty good price. The covered patio was lovely and we ate out there much of the time. This unit does have an ocean view. The private parking, elevators with luggage cart, and proximity to businesses and beach make the property a very convenient place to stay. We especially enjoyed the food at La Bodega and the coffee at Scorpion. All the kids loved the cinnamon rolls from nearby bakery. There was an issue with garbage pickup for the building, but the Coastal Vacations office was responsive to the problem. Staff there were very pleasant and easily available.

It was so convenient to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The garage was great and my mom needed the elevator as walking is very hard for her. We most definitely will stay again.

It was unfortunate that the refrigerator had not been completely scrubbed, there was only one wine glass, there were no paper towels, the tv and music didn't work - we got only one station, the safe in the master closet didn't work. I wrote to management and never received a response. The cost to stay was too high for the quality of the suite. It was a huge disappointment. Housekeeping should be fired.

We rent a home for one week in Pismo every summer. I really liked the location of this rental; however, I think for the price paid, they could’ve provided a few things. 1. More towels. We stayed for 8 nights and there were probably 6-7 towels available. I had to constantly wash towels. 2. Cleaning products. I found one spray bottle with some sort of cleaner in the washer/ dryer area. And I’m not even sure what type it was. There should be cleaning products available especially during a pandemic. I had no supplies to clean the kitchen. They also didn’t provide a sponge for dishes. I thought that was odd. The condo itself was updated for the most part. Walls are pretty banged up with marks (just an observation) Shower door in master bedroom opens inward which made it difficult to turn the shower on. The shower was also grimy. Not well cleaned. Carpet in rooms had a bad odor too. Wish I could’ve vacuumed. But there wasn’t a vacuum available. Lock on door in master bedroom does not work. We had to block the door for privacy. Definitely think if the owners corrected these issues, we’d stay again. And to be clear, I didn’t bother calling management to get more towels or supplies. Waste of time to sit around and wait for delivery. We just bought stuff ourselves. Some positive things about the condo- spacious rooms, washer and dryer worked well, appliances are updated, great location, and some beach supplies are located in the parking garage.
