The staff are helpful and polite

The home service didn’t clean the toilet .. only changed the towels, although i stayed for a week Needs to improve this part only

room service was terrible. there were many instances where the staff dint respond in one call, had to follow up many times . Daily room cleaning was not done. trash were not cleared till next day evening and only after complaining in the reception the trash were removed from room and toilet. disappointed with services. Air conditioner was not working properly. cooking was less.

It was my second time staying at this hotel, since the first time everything went really well. This time my experience was even better. It is great to see the hotel staff keep the same high quality service each time. Special thanks to receptionists Aysel and Nijat for their quick responses and solutions.

It wasn’t my first time staying in this hotel in Baku. Time after time I stay here when I am in Baku for work purposes. Each time this hotel surprises me more with its hospitality and great services. Especially the receptionists (Ayten and Kenan) were very helpful.

Rooms were pretty small -

-Location close to nizami and boulevard -Staff very friendly -Breakfast was good -Studio room was big

-The room wasnt 100% clean -The shower was leaking all over the bathroom -No view -The got us first a baby crib with no mattress and it wasnt clean but once we informed they changed it and got us a better toddler crib

The view from my room and the cracked window noise from.above room not enough clothes hangers provided Bathroom toiletries not refilled on cleaning days. Most staff didn't speak English that's fine but felt smiling could have been more cheerfull friendlier from majority. A nice touch might have been a complementary drink on arrival no mini bar in the room.

Very helpful staff, good location. Clean and spacious room with tiny balcony. Great breakfast on the top floor. Supermarket right next corner. Nearest metro station is 10 mins away on foot.

A/C not working, so the room was very hot. It wasn't fixed in the end

Nice facility, large room and good services provided. Staff super kind and available, all requests have been properly addressed.

Few things missing in terms of room fourniture, but provided upon request. Most likely not needed by local people (like coffee, hangers, frigobar, …) but expected by western guys.

I had a wonderful experience in Premium Park Hotel Baku. Hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. Especially Kanan at front desk organized everything in a high standard. Fruit plate in a room as a welcome was a nice gesture from hotel. Overall 10 out of 10.

The hotel is conveniently located - just a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Besides, all taxi drivers know the hotel, so there is no need to explain how to find it. The buffet breakfast was a 10 out of 10. Fesh products and a great selection of dishes. One more significant advantage is the gym. Suffice it to say that it is better equipped than the gym that I attend back home.
