Aden City Hotel

Great value for money! For under €20 per night for two people, including breakfast, this hotel was a great stopover between Baku and the airport. The Heydar Aliyev Center is within walking distance, and the staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was okay for a short stay, and overall it was a convenient and budget-friendly option.

we noticed some small insects in the room, possibly cockroaches, which was unpleasant. Breakfast was sufficient but very basic. Still, considering the price and location, it did the job for a one-night stay.

Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, making everything very convenient and easily accessible. The room, cleanliness, comfort, service and overall atmosphere were excellent. Breakfast was also amazing, with a great selection and quality. A special mention to Ruslan and Iqbal, who were incredibly welcoming, helpful and professional. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. I enjoyed my stay so much that after staying here from 2nd to 3rd October, I booked the hotel again for 4th to 5th October for my final night in Baku. That probably says everything about how satisfied I was!

Honestly, there was nothing I disliked. Everything during my stay was excellent, and I had absolutely nothing to complain about.

The friendly staff and reasonable price were definite advantages, but the hotel could benefit from some improvements to the rooms, beds, and breakfast.

However, the rooms felt somewhat tired and could use some renovation. Unfortunately, the bed was quite worn and sagging, which made it less comfortable than expected. The breakfast was rather limited, and many of the options were quite greasy. The location was also not quite what I expected from the hotel photos. The surrounding area felt quite run-down, so I think it would be helpful for future guests to be aware of this.
