Denise Beach Hotel

We booked several rooms at Dennis Beach Hotel for our wedding guests, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The reception team were absolutely fantastic — 10/10 for their service, communication and flexibility. They helped us organise the different rooms for our guests and were very understanding and flexible with the check-in and check-out times, especially with our last-minute changes. All of our guests were very happy with their rooms and their stay. The location is great, right in front of the beach, and the breakfast was very good too. But what really stood out was the wonderful service from the reception team. Highly recommended!

To start, the staff. They were all so kind and authentic. I was not expecting such a warm welcome and was nervous about the area as we were only visiting the “strip” as our teenage daughter wanted to see it. Yet they gave us a fabulous local restaurant recommendation which we drove too and they made us do welcome. Could not hear noise at night and the pool area was located with a stunning view.

Not much really. Would have liked to have stayed one extra day despite the location not being my first choice….From research and walking up and down the beach. By far the best property if you are not in the area for primarily visiting the clubs. Shame pool closed so early (6.30pm) as it’s still so warm that time of night.

Very convenient location and a view from the balcony, spacious room, friendly staff. I liked the pool and the option to order food right to the sunbed.

We were not satisfied with the housekeeping services; specifically, our bed linen was not changed even once during our 10-day stay, and the quality of the cleaning was low.The toilet and shower is old and needs replacing, and the air conditioner requires maintenance. We were also unhappy that we were never provided with fresh coffee sachets or sugar. And breakfest also wasn’t delisious, especialy coffee.
