This was a great location for our last minute getaway as a family. The access to the beach was super easy, only steps from your back door to the beach. The pool was directly off the back porch, which made it easy and fun for the kids. The unit was the perfect size for a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of bath towels. We loved our stay!

This unit was perfect! You walk out the sliding doors to the pool and you are just a few steps away from the beach! We were actually married on the beach behind Latitude 29 in June 2009. We will be back in October for another week. We love being there!!!

My husband and I rented this condo next to our children and grandchildren, for 5 days. We had the best time. The condo was clean, close to restaurants, with a nice pool/hot tub and on the beautiful beach.

Ive been coming to Lat 21 for 15 years . It just didnt feel the same as before without management onsite. Cindy and her husband provided friendly care and kept up the condos much better. The condo was filthy. Things were broke.
Toilet paper holder. Kitchen was disgusting. Dishwasher fell out. etc etc etc. Just truly disappointed in overall health of the condo. oven was terrible. Fridge made a loud noise every hour on the hour. I will not be staying in this condo again. Floors nasty.
