Bed was very comfortable. Room was well equipped and warm.

Breakfast could be better.

The large comfortable room and excellent restaurant and bar.

Arrived in 6 degrees. A male staff member opened the door to the foyer for me to enter and then he disappeared leaving the female to check ma and others in. This took much time as she was on the phone dealing with a refund for another customer. She was very nice, however, she required assistance due to the length of her phone call. One would think the other staff member could have assisted. My partner was left in the car waiting in the cold during this time of check in No luggage racks. no biscuits for coffee. Date on TV incorrect so programing information was unattainable. The shower. taps very difficult to work and pipes became extremely hot and difficult to adjust. Rotting architrave in bathroom. Coffee cups did not fit under coffee machine.
