From the start of the booking process to the end of the stay Juan was exceptional in his communication, making sure we knew where the supermarket, bar/restaurants and metro station were for our commute into Bilbao for the European rugby finals. The property was exceptionally comfortable, clean and very well equipped. His recommendations were excellent and made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. He booked us taxis to the airport and even has been helpful when I lost my glasses during the stay. I highly recommend booking this accommodation.
Absolutely nothing about the property. It was brilliant. If I had to mention anything it would be how steep some of the streets are in getting to the various venues we visited, but that's because we were men of a certain age!
