The ease of use, the price, the service and the room were good and up to Japanese standards. Everything worked seamlessly from booking to checkout.
The room itself had several confusing features - a pants press but no iron/ironing board, a toilet with certain malfunctions, no shower curtain in the washroom and the towels had to be discovered in a cupboard. In addition, there was a small cooking station in the room, but no equipment to cook even just an egg. I've never experienced these features before during my time in Japan, so I felt a bit confused.

Superb room quality for a very very good price. Easy access to a bus stop and tram.
Nothing

The place was nice and clean and in a very good location as well, just a few minutes from a train station.
Although there is a microwave downstairs in the reception room, i would like to have my own microwave in my room. There was no place to hang washed clothes to dry. The price is also a bit higher than i would want it to be.

Perfect location for us.
Great room with the added extra of a tub. Washing option and dryer also an added bonus. Able to leave bags after we checked out too. We had a great stay.
Nothing.
