The loft itself was beautiful and very clean. We had our own washer/dryer, full kitchen, and nice bathrooms. The heat and air work well.

The location is not safe. There is a gated parking lot, which you are not allowed to park in, you must park on the street. We had to pay for a window that was busted out in a rash of break ins. The digital key system only worked occasionally and getting help takes way too long, we were stuck outside in negative degree weather for an hour several times, where we couldn’t get into the building or out of the gated courtyard, to our car. The unit is on the 6th floor and the elevator was out of order several times. During our stay, a very alarming letter arrived about mismanagement, bedbugs, and flea infestation in the building. We left with 2 weeks left of a little over a month stay. I would never recommend this listing to anyone.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable!! Wonderful atmosphere and amenities! The Cozy Suites staff handled all of our questions quickly and were so friendly!

The worst thing was it was in the bad part of town

The bed was incredibly soft

The floor was crummy. The CLEAN dishes were DIRTY. I got no discounted price and paid over $850 for only 4 days. There was only two mirrors in the whole apartment the lighting sucked.

Close to attractions , modern decor , clean and stylish apartment

Smelled of marijuana throughout lobby and hallways. Racers took over street next to building late night. Worst part of our stay the elevator went out which may not have been as bad had we not been on the top floor carrying our small chlid and any items we purchased for the day
