House is beautiful and in really nice location. Ski out is very easy. Be careful of where you go when skiing in. Would not recommend taking the out of bounds trail to the house if you are on snow board. Skiing to the shuttle at bottom of peak 9 is very quick and easy.

The location of this house was the best! Lots of room to play outside and inside. There were several separated spaces so everyone could get away for a bit. We had a great time and hope to be back!

My husband and I booked Happy Trails Lodge with a group of friends for my 30th Birthday weekend! Can not say enough good things about the property! Everything you could ask for between the fire places, amazing rooms with a view and the hot tub. We were able to utilize the ski out amenities and the shuttle was so convenient to get to Beaver Run and Downtown. We also had a friendly fox visit us a few times! Truly amazing, we'll definitely be back! :)

Our stay was great, property was as listed, everything was in good working conditions and we had a wonderful time.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed in not being able to ski in or ski out for most of the time we were there. We could only ski out one time. That should have been described properly in the property description. The oven wasn’t working very well. There was not an icemaker. Some of the towels had holes in them. The overhead lights in the Master bedroom did not work. Many of the lights were difficult to find and turn on, they did not work via the switches. A TV on the first floor would have been really nice with all the football games going on this weekend. Our party was disappointed . in the amount of money we had to pay for a five day rental, and not get a top of the line house.

Loved our family getaway. I didn’t enjoy having to self clean the oven because it was so coated in grease that we couldn’t use it. The home itself needs deep cleaning, but it’s a wonderful location, easy to get in and out, easy mgmt to deal with and we appreciated that someone checked on the hot tub to make sure it was running well during our stay.

Fabulous time here - hiking, moose (3), fox, beautiful birds, sledding, snowmen, tipi construction, snowball fights, home cooking, games, pool, foosball, ever-changing views! Refreshing, peaceful, inspiring, life-giving. A near perfect place!

Our group of seven adults had a fantastic stay at this beautiful mountain home. The house is very conveniently located a short five minute drive to downtown Breckenridge, but feels very secluded and features incredible views. The home itself is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Our favorite parts were the multiple outdoor decks with fantastic mountain views, and the many living spaces. We also enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Communication with the property management company was excellent. We visited in the summer so I can't speak to the ski in/ski out but the proximity to the ski runs is very apparent. Would love to stay again next time we're in Breckenridge.

We stayed at this property for a weekend getaway with friends visiting from out of town. The views were stunning, location convenient, and the house was full of all the amenities you might need. It was a great place to stay with kids and they really loved the bunk beds and watching for animals out the back windows. Would definitely highly recommend this house. Thanks for a great trip!

The property was great. Plenty of room. We ended up only having 11 people with us so there was more than enough room. It would easily have fit 16 adults. A few of the people were able to ski in and out of the property, and the others took the shuttle that stops right in front of the house.

To ski in, take the falcon superchair to peak 10, ski down cimmaron to flapjack(?), and look for the out of bounds gate with all of the warnings. Take that ski trail for a few thousand feet until you start going down hill a little more. Look hard right for a tree with blue spray paint and the trail up a small hill. That trail will take you to the house a few thousand feet away.

Check in process was a little confusing with Property Management. Spoke to different people each time with different instructions on our route in from the airport. Once we got in everything was great. House was as advertised and we enjoyed our time in the house. Location was perfect for the activities we took part in. Would stay again
