Premium feeling

A/C was making noises when turned off. I complained to reception to get it fixed and they were wonderful - offered engineer to fix it right away. My wife told me that she turned it on and the noises were gone plus I didn’t want to go through anyone fixing stuff at 2-3am. After a while A/C started making noises again but couldn’t be bothered to have all the fixing done at 4am.

I had the most amazing time at Holiday Inn hotel! The pool is open all day long, the breakfast was delicious, the bed was very comfortable and the view was breathtaking! Special thanks ti Miriam from reception who welcomed us and explained everything and made us feel welcome and that the hotel is here for us for any request!

I loved the attention from the front desk members, particularly Ana and Vicky!! Great customer service from both of them!!!

The Gym and the bathrooms are a little bit old.

Nothing that extra-ordinary

Hotel is very old and room was dusty and smelly. It was cold and AC heating wasn’t working properly and making lots of noise which doesn’t let you sleep. Hotel has weird “rules”. We bought burgers from nearby Mcdonalds and they said that we can’t eat anything bought from outside in the lobby. We asked them to show us place where we can eat and they said only inside your room, which doesn’t make a sense at all. We paid for this hotel but not allowed to drink even a single coffee if it’s bought from outside. They have “rules” but not meanings behind it. In general, we weren’t expecting such behaviour and such old rooms from a well-known chain hotel. Very disappointed
