Location was great, walk to beach in 20 minutes and to down town. Very pleasant.

No air conditioning…. The fans were not sufficient for night time sleeping, the villa was roasting at night. Cooler outside… that was an issue for us. Might not affect others. But a draw back nonetheless… for us… too hot… 🥵 Upper terrace was terrific but had no shelter during the day, some lights didn’t work, had to keep switching on the lights every few minutes.

The property was very well furnished with an "ocean" theme. Everything was working properly, the main bed was comfortable (didn't use the second bedroom), there was plenty of cutlery and crockery, there was a dishwasher and washing machine and the outside space was fantastic - front garden with dining facilities and a hammock, roof garden with chairs and loungers and poolside space with chairs and a table. The pool was clean and lovely to use at the end of a hot day. The shower was excellent in the bathroom and there were good mirrors and lighting. The ceiling fans were welcome, although an air conditioning unit might be needed in hotter months. It was all fantastically good and as a solo traveller, I felt really safe.

L'appartamento di per sé è veramente carino e funzionale. Molto attrezzato e accogliente, con tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Anche in occasione di piccoli inconvenienti causati dal vento (rottura del telone sopra il tavolo da pranzo fuori e della doccia della piscina) i gestori hanno provveduto immediatamente e non abbiamo avuto alcun disagio. Tutto molto pulito. Fondamentale il parcheggio privato di fronte alla villetta.

Essendo un complesso di 5 villette che danno tutte sulla piscina comune, spesso non c'era molta privacy e dovevamo tenere abbassate le tende scure anche perché fino a tardi c'erano bambini in piscina a fare un po' di confusione.

It is a bit dated now especially the bathroom which is in need of an upgrade . There were some bugs , which is prob common in fuertaventura . So prob not the owners fault

Just in need of an upgrade . Pool not heated so quite cold in April/may . Washing machine and dishwasher was great . Rooftop loungers fantastic .
