I know the location well and love it. I Think the Las Dunas development overall must be one of the nicest in Corralejo. Immaculatey kept, pretty, quiet and relaxed. The positiion of the apartment is excellent on the gorund floor and close to the the lovely pool and it contains everything you need. The patio table and chairs allow al fresco dining.

The living area where the sofa bed is situated has only net curtains and really needs blinds as it is far too bright to sleep in comfortably. I go to Corallejo twice a year at different venues and rental is always been listed as for 'the entire apartment'. On Booking.com all fees and taxes are invariablty included but in this instance a cleaning fee and admin fee of £80 were added at the final billing stage - normally the practice of Air B&B. In this instance, when I advised that my son was joining me I was charged an extra 15 euros a day. I've never been charged per person before. Now, all of this might have been a result of me not reading contracts closely enough so do check carefully what is and what isn't includedd in the price.

L'appartamento è accogliente e conforme alle foto, dispone di tutto il necessario ed anche il superfluo, tostapane, kettle, piatti e bicchieri e posate di tutti i tipi/misure (non è scontato...). È pulitissimo, raramente ho trovato tanta pulizia. Ci sono anche stendipanni e mollette (rarità) ed anche a disposizione ombrellone e sedie per la spiaggia! Il complesso residenziale è tenuto molto bene sia nell'area della piscina che il giardino comune, un'oasi di pace. Chiara è molto gentile e disponibile e da' le indicazioni necessarie in modo chiaro. Che cos'altro si puo' chiedere?

Non è vicinissimo al centro; a me piace camminare quindi l'ho apprezzato, ma non siamo tutti uguali

Bardzo czysty, zadbany i przytulny apartament, a cały obiekt świetnie utrzymany. Świetna lokalizacja – blisko centrum. Właściciel bardzo życzliwy i pomocny. Dużym plusem była możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania i późniejszego wymeldowania. Zdecydowanie polecam! 😊

Very peaceful, well-maintained surroundings and the apartment was clean. Location is very good, only a short walk to the beach and close to the centre of Corralejo.

Everything was fine for our stay.
