Friendly staff. Good location. Clean. Affordable.

No breakfast or meal service. Definitely recommend staying on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor has a lot of noise from reception, the doorbell, guests arriving late, leaving early, etcetera

Rooms: clean minimalist rooms with spacious setting. The view from the corner room is great. Service: staff is very friendly and has 24 hour reception. We checked in at 12 at night and we got our room within 10 minutes. Location: Public transport : For people wanting to travel via tiblisis public transport, the bus station is right next to the hotel. Halal food: For people who want halal food options, there is one lane full of halal restaurants serving shawarma, falafel, houka and other middle east cuisines. One or two halal georgian restaurants are there as well. Tourist attractions: There is a park at a 5 minute walk which has a lot of monuments There is a souvenirs bazaar right across the bridge next to the hotel. 10/10 - definitely recommend.

My room had a window that was blocked by a big black box, so sad there was nothing at outside the window. Everything else was perfect

The location was in a great area, a lot of things nearby. The staff was exceptional and made us feel very welcomed. I definitely will come back and book with them!

the hotel is new (opened in September 2021). Perfect cleanliness, everything you need is present, there is a refrigerator in the room, a balcony (optional), the linen is excellent, the beds are wide and profitable, the shower room is spacious. Particularly beautiful view from the rooftop terrace (amazing view).

All the hotel staff were very nice, especially Maryam who was kind and took the initiative to help 🙏🏽

The hotel is very nice, new and the rooms looks exactly like on photos. The room was very clean . In the bathroom were everything you need including bathrobe and slippers. The staff is great, kind and attentive! They can help you with any questions and suggest where to go :)

Great new hotel with lovely people that made us feel at home. High quality room, bathroom, and terrace on the roof with a great view over Tblisi. Delicious, fresh made Georgian breakfast. Location very fine, immediate access to main routes to explore Tblisi.

No suggestions for improvement. Monument1800 provided everything we needed for a perfect stay.

The location is fantastic, walking distance from the old town center. My room had a lovely river view.

The couple who run the hotel tried their best to give us a great experience and provided us very delicious examples of Georgian food and wine. The host were eager to provide us a trip back to the airport. We had such a great experience overall. We would stay there again.

The only thing we can think of is I guess the bed was a bit firm for our tastes but it's not too big of an issue.

The location is superb. You can easily walk from the hotel to famous landmarks in Tbilisi. There's a small grocery store in the ground floor of the same building as well as a currency exchange. It's also near bus stops and mini-van stops as well as restaurants. The owners personally manage the hotel. They're very hospitable and helpful. The facilities are very new and the hotel even has a rooftop with a nice view although my favorite spot is the balcony in the lobby.
