They sit one block from Main Street, two blocks from the gondola, and half a block from the free shuttle stop. Just a few minutes on the shuttle and you will find yourself at the slopes. Downtown does not get much closer than this with shopping, dining and nightlife only a block away. AMENITIES – The décor warmly integrates the rocky mountain style with all the comforts of home. This condo is suited with a queen-size bed in both the Master Suite and the Queen bedroom. The Loft offers two twin size beds and a bathroom of its own. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You will find plenty of entertainment in the living room area with a flat screen TV, DVD player, books, games and a CD/radio with iPod connection for hours of fun. In addition to these amenities, you can warm up instantly after a day on the slopes by the gas fireplace in the living room or by a visit to the outdoor hot tubs. With its amenities and proximity to Main St. and the slopes, the Ski Hill condos are a great way to spend a vacation here in Breckenridge! Although the kitchen sink clogged then repaired and the master bedroom mirror was very dirty, the overall stay was truly great. The unit location was perfectly situated to town and to the Gondola. Everything literally in walking distance. The Ski back to the condo was a plus and was fun. Access to the amenities was easy. The only improvement recommendation is to place more window coverings up. The view is tremendous but in the morning the sun is blinding at times when in kitchen and dining area. I definitely want to rent the unit again next year in January again.

My two brothers and I spent 3 nights in February at this location. We were very impressed. It was meticulously cleaned, had an excellent view and a perfect location for skiing access. No criticisms at all

We loved Ski Hill 32. A quick walk to downtown, short distance to the lifts and gondola, and we could ski back to less than a block from the unit. We had a great time!

The place was immaculate
The place was immaculate and well furnished, decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. The place was so very comfortable and functiomal. We loved the privacy and comfort of each sleeping area and bathroom. We also enjiyed the convenienced to town, the gandola, easy access to higheay 9, etc. The only thing negativefor about the location of the property- it is at a loud intersection when it comes to traffic. This is probably not an issue in winter for skiing but summer with windows open, you hear the street cleaner at 5am, the random speed driver with a broken muffler 2 nights in a row at 3am and the cops the third night. Also somebody smoked pot on the 2nd floor everyday. Finally for the summer, ever window needs a screen so we can get air and not get bees or moths in the place. But we loved the condo itself and all of the info we received pre/ reservation and the welcome guide, etc. We did not want for anything except smoke free hallways and the ability to open any of windows we wanted without bugs coming in.
