The Primary bedroom has a Cal-king size bed. The Second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. This Property Only Rents During The Summer And Is A Weekly-Only Rental Due To HOA Restrictions. One designated carport parking space. *This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning*

We love Pismo. We rent the same unit every year. We just wish there were some updates to the unit. The Futon cushions are old and the beds need to be replaced.

Family Vacay
This is our 4th year staying with Pismo Shores 109. It never disappoints. Our family enjoys the condo along with the convenience of being so close to the beach and town. The property is clean and well-maintained. The only issue is the garbage truck doing its job first thing in the morning but overall great stay and I would recommend this property.

My family & I had a great experience. Condo, very clean & well stocked! Two things need improvement:1. T V did not work last two days we were there. 2. The carpet needs to be replaced, we had bites on ankles, stomach, arms,legs. I never went to the sand. I think fleas r in the carpet. Kids barely went to sand. I had bites on me also.

This is the third year our family has rented Pismo Shores 109. We love the central location to town and the beach, and the amenities and the accommodations that #109 provides. It is always super clean and ready for us upon arrival. We look forward to it every year.

Fantastic Stay
Excellent location, property clean, good customer service, definitely would recommend this property to family and friends. Our family of 8 stayed at this property. Everyone had a wonderful time...THANK YOU!!!!

BAXLEY GIRLS VACATION 2011
My family and I had a awesome & relaxing stay @ Pismo Shores ste. 109 it was so very nice and clean. The location was great, we were able to walk to all the local shops and restaurants and so close to the beach which made it very convenient. My daughter and I, along with her friends and my 2 sisters all had an enjoyable time. We will love to visit again most definitely. Thank You So Very Much.

Great location and amenities!
My family and I have stayed in Pismo Shores for the last 5 years. This rental unit was great for us. We love the location. The pool is great for warming up after the beach; the hot tub is great for adults. We love having a full kitchen and washer and dryer.
The only downfall was the carpet. It was pretty dirty and we tried to ignore it. But, it could really use a good cleaning. Other than that, the rest of the space was very clean.

Rosalie @ Coastal Vacation Rentals was very helpful. Look forward to another stay @ Pismo Shores again next year. The kitchen needs a new range and some of the cooking utensils were rusty. Also, for $2000 a week, I didn't expect to be sitting on futon furniture in the living room.

Family friendly condo
This condo is the perfect getaway spot! It's location is walking distance to the beach and downtown Pismo. Our family also utilizes the pool and spa in the complex. The futons make for extra sleeping spaces but are not the most comfortable when using them as couches. The facilities are very clean.

109 Pismo Shores
This property only has an ocean view from a corner of the living area and master bedroom. Nevertheless, it is close to the beach. It appeared to be very clean when we entered. Later, however, we found a rotten apple under the TV stand. Housekeepers need to check under furniture. The property is very well-stocked - kitchen, especially. We also found ample amounts of tissues and toilet paper, bedding, blankets, extra pillows, etc. My only comment on the furniture is that it is old, especially dining room table. The futons may be ok for sleep, but very uncomfortable for watching TV. We are very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of Coastal Vacation Rentals staff.

Fantastic place for your vacation
We love our week vacation at Pismo Shores. It is awesome that you do not have to get in your car for that entire time. You are right by the pier, the best restaurants, and fantastic shopping. Our stay was enjoyed by the whole family.
