Great place to stay , very clean and accommodating . This condo is very close to the center of town and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Bella Vista Apt 303 12 day stay
Rental was as pictured but also had partial beach view from living room window. Large rooms, kitchen with all needed cooking/eating needs, beds comfortable, great storage, great washer & dryer, great location. Great locked parking with one outside visitor pass, Only minor issues-TV difficult to use, toilets really low, and thermostat difficult to regulate. Coastal Vacations great to deal with. Would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed at 303 Casa Bella .. I would recommend this rental GREAT location walking distance to great restaurants and literally 3 blocks from the beach if you have the windows open you can actually hear the waves ..

Nice Condo
Location is near the beach, restaurants, and near freeway access. Condo was in good repair and was a beautiful accommodation. Only negatives were that the room was not as clean as it should have been. There was hair in the tub and by the tub. The counter tops had a film on them, the mirrors in the bedrooms had not been cleaned and the walls and doors in the bathrooms were dirty.

Great place, lot of room
Stayed here with family for our sons graduation. Easy check in, clicker for gated parking, the other parking was just outside gate and had plenty of space. Within walking distance to pier, shops, bars and dining. The apartment was squeaky clean and smelled great when we got there. It had everything we needed and was well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

A nice change to our yearly Pismo trip
The condo was in a great location. Everything was clean, which I particularly appreciated during pandemic times. We had everything we needed to cook and eat. The property actually looked nicer in person than in the pictures. The key pickup and drop off was very efficient and the people were very nice. We were also close to the restaurant that we like, Cracked Crab.

Convenient location and spacious
The location is really convenient - you can walk to anything in Pismo's downtown. It was kind of chilly the weekend we were there, so it was great that the place was spacious and we could all hang out there. It also came with games! We were missing a few things, but the management office was very responsive and helpful.

The place was nice, clean, and in a great location. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower stall was so low that it was very difficult to get a warm shower.

Great place
The unit was clean and had what we needed for a nice stay. The washing machine could use a cleaning on the seal (it was moldy). The couch bed was really bad but they had an air mattress available that was perfect. The complex is quiet, the courtyard is beautiful, and it's a short walk to Pismo pier.

We enjoyed this apartment very much
This was an excellent place, great location, all the amenities were in great shape. The apartment was nicer than the pictures show! Our only complaint was the early morning noise - even tho it is on the 3rd floor, the garbage and recycle collection was really loud on a couple of days. Otherwise this is a perfect choice! Highly recommend booking directly through Coastal Vacation Rentals.

We had a good experience however the condo could have been cleaner. Hot pads in kitchen drawer were dirty needed to be washed and vents on microwave needed cleaning. Vacuum cleaner in closet had not been emptied. Everything else was pretty clean.

We visit Pismo 2-3 times a year . We have been renting from weekends to 6 weeks . We have been renting from Coastal for many years now and always have a good experience. Unit was very clean , equipped and nice . We love Coastal , especially Ken who always takes care of us.

Great place to stay in Pismo Beach!
We were looking for some R&R from work and some relief from the central valley heat and this place was perfect. It was centrally located which means that you can walk to anywhere in town. The apartment/condo came with two parking spots which is a great help in Pismo because of the limited parking. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. When we arrived everything was sparkling clean. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. One of our best ABnB stays. Will definitely stay here again.

Pleasanton Family at Pismo Beach
Although our stay was brief, it was enjoyable. We had to purchase extra toilet tissue, one TV remote did not work (even with new batteries), and there were some snacks left from previous occupants. These were very minor issues that would not prevent us
from returning. It was well worth the price.

Always a great experience. Office staff always has the keys ready to go in a timely manner. The unit is always very clean and well equipped. My family has been staying in this unit for several years and it sleeps 6 comfortably.

First of all the staff at CVR are extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. And very friendly too! The check-in and check-out processes were made very easy. The condo is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is nestled right along Price Street where some of the best restaurants are established.Overall we had a great stay. The condo was generally clean and the furnishings were very nice. Two minor details prevent me from giving this a complete 5 star rating. First, the garbage pickup for this building and also adjacent businesses comes between 6:00 and 7:00am and is VERY noisy. Multiple pickups each morning definitely rattled us out of bed on several days. The other issue is the carpets in this unit. They weren't filthy but are definitely in need of a good cleaning. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this unit to others.

Great condo. I just not happy with the garbage company coming at 5:45am and waking up everyone in the condo. I would suggest calling them and reminding them of noise ordinance.

Worth the money!!
My family had the best time and the apartment was so beautiful!! I didnt have to drive anywhere, everything was in walking distance; which saved us a lot of money!! The furnishing was amazing!! The beds were so soft, you will never get that at amy hotel! Theres no need to look anywhere else!

The condo was just a described! It was clean and well maintained. The beach was only 2 blocks away and there are many restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

The OC Dags visit Pismo
The condo was very clean and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Our teenage son was quite impressed which is always a good sign. The kitchen was amazingly well supplied. We only wish a grocery store were within walking distance. That we had to drive for groceries was a bummer. But other than that we loved Pismo and loved the condo.

The place is very nice. The fact that the trash truck comes every morning right below the unit is disturbing if you like to sleep in. The door lock needs to be replaced as it sticks and it feels like you are going to be lock out or in sometimes. The biggest complaint is that the towels were moldy, it was horrible to dry off with a towel that smells like mildew. It is a very nice condo but take your own towels!!!
