Stayed here early March 2019. Very nice condo. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated. Had everything I needed. It is a small unit but since it was just me it was fine. Could also work for a couple but definitely wouldn't try to squeeze more than that in here. Property manager on site was so fantastic but I forgot his name. He helped me get my car out as I was snowed in by about a foot or 2 of snow. The green shuttle stop is not that close took me about 8-10min to walk there in the heavy snow. Goes to eagle lodge. Gotta catch different shuttles if you wanna get to the village or main lodge. The only thing I didn't like is that the balcony was completely boarded up maybe due to the heavy snowfall this season but I couldn't see outside and watch the snowfall. No natural light because of it. felt like I was barricaded inside. I still had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in this condo.

We had a great stay at this condo. It was nicely updated in kitchen and bathroom and very clean.The pull out bed was extremely comfortable.

Everything went smoothly with the rental. The unit was large but pretty dated. The hot tub was also small and old feeling. We liked the location as we could easily walk to town restaurants at night. Eagle shuttle was close but a bit of a walk to red line shuttle. I put no for would I recommend it but the answer is really maybe. It's not bad but for the price you can get better.

Generally a good place to stay. The unit was reasonably well equipped and was adequate for two people for a week. It did smell like the previous users had been smoking weed in there for a while, so take a can of Febreeze !

Good basic condo. Clean, with a comfortable bed.

My family and stayed here for a week, the cabin was stocked with firewood and all the comforts of home. We had a great stay and enjoyed the slopes. I would reccomend this place to family and frinds.

Stayed here with 4 people total and it was OK. The main room is pretty large but the living room is a bit small. If you pull out the bed there isn't much space to hang out. Fridge is short and was set too cold when we were there (liquids began to ice). We didn't adjust it but it can probably be turned down a bit. The bathroom is clean but the tub's water lines are reversed (hot is cold and cold is hot) which caused a bit of initial confusion. Some of the outlets didn't seem functional and the heater on the wall wasn't funcitonal but the unit had a portable radiator style space heater that was somewhat OK.

The condo is in an excellent location for those of us who enjoy the original town of Mammoth, and not the super commercialized Village. My husband and I cooked several dinners in after skiing, but really liked that we could also walk down the road to the Rafters or Jimmy's Taverna.
Having said that, this unit needs some TLC. Upon checking in, we discovered lighting that did not work in both the bathroom and the bedroom. I called the Reservations office immediately, as it was the afternoon of our arrival, and I did not want a workman coming into the unit the following days while we skied. She assured me he would be there in 1/2 hour. Well, an hour later and still no workman (and we wanted to go to Von's), I said "forget it". We made do with poor lighting and dead circuits in the bathroom in the place the whole trip. What I don't understand is, how do other guests --or more importantly, housekeeping/maintenance--not notice that an ntire area of a unit is dark? We quickly realized it was a dead circuit ourselves. (That also meant using a hair dryer in the kitchen. Random...)
On a plus note, the fireplace is super warm, and an excellent source of heating and drying out damp ski clothes!
One more item of note: the Reservations office kindly called me the morning of arrival to say the unit was ready early. We were 20 minutes from arrival to their location. Not once did she mention they would be closed for lunch one hour from 12 noon to 1:00 PM. I realize the paper work indicates that, but you guessed it, we arrived to the office at 12:00 noon and no one was there to give us the key. There was a wall shelf with other keys available, but not ours. We had to kill an hour, then come back. In the future, they might want to remind someone as a courtesy of their closure time, or simply leave the key, since the stay is pre-paid and there were no other signatures required!

We stayed 3 nights during a sizable winter storm. Our family of 4 had no issues at all with the condo. The heater kept us plenty warm and the snow plow did a great job of clearing the parking lot. Perfect central location close to everything. The only negative was that the hot tub was not open due to heavy snow.
