Great value-for-money this 3BR + Loft unit is ski-in-ski-out with great common amenities, great private outdoor deck space for reading or entertaining, and just blocks from a free bus to anywhere in the Aspen/Snowmass area. Roomy, light-filled, newly decorated... BOOK NOW, It's going FAST! Lots of storage, great outdoor deck, ski locker on front porch. This unit is located mountainside off Fall Lane, just two blocks uphill from the Snowmass Village Mall, RFTA bus station, and a bevy of shops and restaurants. The mall is linked to the newly expanding Base Village by free gondola for the full Snowmass Experience. Walking up the hill to the unit you will find lockable outdoor ski storage. Inside the front door serves as a stone floor mud-room for all your outdoor recreation gear summer or winter. Newly remodeled entry space for the whole family to take off those ski boots and plenty of room to hang wet jackets. The adjacent (and brand new!) washer and dryer are just what the doctor ordered for mid-stay cleanings. There are also ample cubbies to store gloves, hats, and the like. Proceeding down the hallways on the ground level is the reasonably spacious kitchen and dining area with brand new countertops and furnishings. The table seats 6 for family dinners, and the kitchen, with its full oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, and stovetop get the job done. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, service ware, and utensils. Past the kitchen and dining area is a convenient full-size wood desk and works light for any work you need to bring from home on your vacation. Two large plush couches and a flat-screen TV with Comcast cable and a wood burning fireplace provide a great space for movie nights or roasting marshmallows. The place comes stocked with blankets and board games for family fun. When it's time to turn off the lights on of the couches pulls out to into a queen bed with a full duvet and sheet set up for comfy fire-side sleeping. Outside from the ground floor is a private deck with outdoor table and seating for four. A propane BBQ can be used to whip up something yummy summer or winter. A small stream adjacent offers a nice touch of mountain feel :- ) One the second floor you will find a bedroom with beautiful decorm full-bed and a private deck. This third bedroom has two large closets and plenty of other storage. Also on the floor is a refurbished full bathroom with shower and small tub, and new sink and furnishings. Past the bathroom is a loft with bunk beds for two kiddos and a large drawer-set for storage and a reading light. The loft opens up to the high ceiling above the living room and fireplace. There is both a soft curtain and hard glass closure for the loft to reduce (but not eliminate) noise. Up one final flight, you will find two more bedrooms and the master bathroom. The second bedroom to the left has modern-mountain wood furnishings and all new comforters and pillows. Two large closets help to organize your stay and another private deck is connected for morning sun or outdoor reading. The master bedroom is larger than the others, with two closets (one walk-in) and a private deck. The master also has its own wood burning fireplace and a TV for romantic evenings. Between the two bedrooms is the shared master bathroom. A sized-for-one jacuzzi tub, shower, and sauna for two will all help you recover and relax after a long day of skiing or shopping. A small lit vanity helps you get dressed to impress and a new plush towel set will dry you outright. We have pack-and-play in the master closet for a little one as well ;-). This property benefits from great common areas including a shared work out room, sauna and steam shower. Additionally, there are two shared hot-tubs and a large heated pool as well as lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. Pool and common areas are accessed via key and are open 10am-10pm. The unit has one deeded parking space and extra parking passes are free in the summer and can be purchased for $10 per day per car in the winter. The RFTA bus system provides regular free rides to Aspen and all four ski areas as well as Base Village. The bus station is just downhill two blocks and to the left. The easiest way to find it is to exit the unit downhill, turn left at the first street, turn right in one block on the main street and walk to the bottom (just one block). From there the staircase to your left terminates at the bus stop. Ride on!
