Sehr bequeme Betten, sehr freundlicher Service am Empfang (WIr bekamen direkt Speisekarten von Lieferdiensten und Wünsche wie ein Babybett wurden umgehend erfüllt), gut funktionierender Airportshuttle

Sehr kleine Zimmer, sodass mit Babybett kaum mehr eine Bewegung möglich war, sehr hellhörig insbesondere die Straße

Service (Schattelbus) besonders. Und das Frühstück war reichlich und gut.

Unser Zimmer war neben dem Fahrstuhl. Es war sehr laut, wenn der Fahrstuhl in Betrieb ist.

The staff is very nice and the hotel is close to the airport, also offer shuttle service which is very convenient.

The rooms are a bit small but I have nothing to really complain about

Location great as close to the airport and the shuttle helped being a first timer in the city and arriving at night. Breakfast is in a bag as all other reviews specified but it was adequate. You also had boiled eggs, yoghurt and coffee on tap.

The receptionists on arrival were not very welcoming but might have just been a long day. Other staff quite helpful. Smell of cannabis in the elevator and down the corridor but well, so does the whole of New York it appears!

Place was spotlessly, clean and appeared to be newly refurbished. Front desk staff was very pleasant and took care of things for us.

Checkin was strictly enforced at 3 pm . The whole bunch of guests were forced to wait until 2.30 or so . We never experienced this before . Planes arrived different hours of the day , if the room is ready then guests should be allowed in before 3. Industrial neighbourhood with Uber eat is the only option

Meid vastu võtnud administraator super-lux vaatamata pingelisele olukorrale, nagu temaga vestlusest aru võis saada. Kuna toitlustamist hotelle ei paku, siis tellis ta meile soovitud toidud, võttis tasuta hoiule meie reisipagasi kuna lennuk lahkus JFK`st alles hilisööl, organiseeris meile sobival ajal transfeeri lennujaama ja oli igati parimal tasemel. Tuba oli hubane ning tasemel ja voodi mugav, maja puhas. Hommikusöök oli olemas aga tagasihoidlik. Tänava müra ei häirinud.

Eelpool mainitud hommikusöögi valiku/tasemega võiks natuke vaeva näha ja õhtusest toitlustamisest hotellis tundsid ka teised majutatavad puudust. Hinnatase loodetust kõrgem.

El hotel es limpio y bonito, las camas cómodas y el baño bonito. Al frente pasa la ruta Q10 que te lleva al Subway. Si tienes vuelos en la noche, te guardan la maleta sin costo.

El servicio de transporte al aeropuerto no es 24 horas como lo indican en la página, y no informaron el cambio. Llegamos después de media noche y duramos más de una hora esperando. Debieron avisar.

The cleanliness

The fact that a hotel expecting international visitors does not even have a charging port or cable for different types of phones just in case a visitor forgets their charger. The wifi did not work it was horrible soo much so I checked out 2 hours before as I had to attend virtual court to represent one of my clients and had to flee to the airport to get a charger to represent my client or be chastised by a judicial officer for no. Appearance because of lack of internet service

Once I got to the room it was comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

It took a very long time for the shuttle to arrive (over 1 hour). I had to call twice. I suggest that anyone using the shuttle call the hotel once you get to Federal Circle on the Airtrain, even though the hotel says you don’t have to call.

Very close to JFK, clean and comfortable room. Fast check-in/out. Kind and professional people at the reception. Very fast wifi. Second time here and will be back again.

Sometimes the prices are simply too high for the type of hotel. Breakfast, for example, comes in a bag (all drinks and packaged foods), perfect for a quick checkout, but if you want to enjoy a buffet, know that it's not available here. Shampoo and body wash are only in small samples (miniature bottles), which are barely enough for one person (there are no dispensers).

Kamer was goed voldoende. Buiten- en binnenkant van gebouw zelf zag er goed uit. Personeel goed.

Ontbijt karig in een zakje. Elke dag hetzelfde. Moest noodgedwongen meerdere nachten blijven. Geen restaurant. Ook niet in de buurt. Moest maaltijden laten bezorgen. menu's van de receptie gekregen. zelf bellen. Locatie t.o. parkeerplaats vuilniswagens bij vuilverwerkingsbedrijf. Meer industrieterrein. Begrijp dat het hotel eerder voor 1 stop/nacht bedoeld is. Paar minuten van Luchthaven.

Tuve que cambiar 3 veces de habitación porque la calefacción no funcionaba. El desayuno esta en una bolsa y no es nada bueno.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly as this was a last minute unexpected stay in the area. They had local food recommendations and overall great customer service.

My internet service in my room was spotty. Had to go down to the lobby to initially connect to the wifi. Otherwise all else was very good.

Rooms were comfortable, there was an airport shuttle, and there was a basic breakfast. Everything was great!

Everything was fine!

Facility was recently refurbished and very nice. The continental breakfast was very skimpy at best. Also, arriving late the night before there was little food to purchase at the hotel and nothing nearby.
