Condo was very beautiful & pleasing to the eye. The Condo was super clean & had tons of room for our entire family. The location is pristine! We love Destin & we did get a great deal on the Condo. The master bedroom was magnificent & we loved the decks all around condo. Several lovely, large bathrooms and so clean. The property amenities are incredible & our entire family enjoyed the several pools, hot tubs, playground, tennis courts, pickleball court’s & incredible beach. We also loved having the patio & gas bbqs & really enjoyed the at Lucia hot tub.

When we arrived a few minor repairs were needed. We found the Closet door was coming off track in main floor bedroom. Also fire alarm was chirping so we had To call maintenance to help us fix it on our own with 10 ft ceilings. Also stair trim cap was off on last step & needed repair. We have stayed at the st croix bldg before & the view was so much better. We didn’t like stairs. Also the furniture & glass dining table was very uncomfortable. Kitchen entrance is tight with the fridge right at the entrance and we found it tough to get in & out of area and tough to find room for more than one person to get into kitchen to help. The Cindi entrance door was super heavy & slams super hard on its own when you enter & we were worried it would crush our grandkids fingers. It also makes a very loud bang every time you enter condo and it was super scary how loud it was. Most of the issues we encountered would be an easy fix. We were disappointed with the small st Lucia pool. It was very beautiful but too freezing cold to use it. 😞

Centrally located to lots of activities. Pool was nice. Reserved garage parking definitely a big plus. A/C wasn’t working properly when we arrived but maintenance repaired quickly and was great from then on.

The unit was “clean” but the floor made the bottoms of feet black if not wearing shoes. Seemed like it had been swept/swiffered but not properly mopped. Overall we enjoyed our trip and liked the unit. Would rent again. Would have been nice to have a bar at the pool… and a towel service.

Absolutely fantastic location, beautiful property and condo.

security was a little over the top- we had to walk all the way around at times just to cross the street, regarding the magnetic security gates. it seemed over the top and not necessary with how many times we had to use our key fob at a gate.

It was very quiet. Good Location. The gate guys was very nice.

You could not walk around bear footed your feet would turn black. The sheets was not clean. You pretty much do there hard part of the jobs before you leave you have to wash dishes the sheets and towels. So they should not have a problem running a mop over the floor. And making sure the sheets was clean.

Outside facilities were great. Beach was fantastic. Nice beach view.

Mildew in jacuzzi jets, broken knob. Called to fix, guy popped knob off. Unusable. Scuffs on wall. Furniture needs updating.
