Room is clean and staff are accommodating

Nothing to dislike

Not sure why there was some sand on my bed. I requested the staff to look over but she denied it. At the end, I showed her the sand. She seemed embarrassed and admit that. I asked the staff to change the bed sheet which was easy and they gladly did. I think the staff could have been a bit more responsive, and would have left a much bigger customer approval. Breakfast is amazing. Kudos to the very good food. Bed is nice. Bathroom is good. Price is very competitive.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice atmosphere, so I always looked forward to coming back after a day out. The balcony was definitely a highlight for me, especially because it overlooked Train Street. It was interesting to experience the area from the balcony and see a little of the local life happening around it. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and tasty each morning. The staff were welcoming, polite, and professional, and they were quick to help whenever I needed anything. Everything came together to make the stay comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Hotel staff nice. Foyer clean. Good variety of breakfast food included.

Shower very weak (could be issue with pressure on seven floor). Room has zero view. Basically a box. Not good value for 120 aud (90 USD) a night discounted down to 40 aud. Even 40 aud value is not good and other hotels in Hanoi are better in facilities, comfort etc.
