One of the things we appreciated most was how kind and attentive the staff were. They were always approachable and happy to help, whether we needed a recommendation or had a small request. Nothing felt forced or overly formal; the service came across as genuinely friendly. Their attitude made a real difference to our holiday and left us with some very good memories of the stay.

The service was friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, and the room was clean and comfortable. The loocation was also convenient, making it easy to get around and find restaurants and other places nearby. Everything was straightforward, and we had a pleasant experience during our stay.

The location is conveniently close to all the main attractions and the Old Quarter. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast choices are good.
Unfortunately, the room was not as shown in the photos published on the website. It was quite dirty and appeared to be an older property than expected. Also, there is no lift access from the ground floor to the first floor; the lift is only available from the first floor onwards, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.
