The beds...so comfy

Everything else... I booked a superior king room and it was no bigger than a regular king that I had booked for another couple. It's dirty and I was charged more than what the booking confirmation stated I would be.

Location was excellent for our use.

Our 1st room no AC, and the toilet didn't flush. Found bed bugs in our 2nd room and they didn't have any more to move us to.

I love the old school feel of the hotel I would have loved for there to be an elevator to take our stuff upstairs but the stairs were nice looking. The pool was huge and the kids had a blast there.

I don't know if they're really busy this weekend but when I went and requested more towels they said they didn't have any available. We had five people in the room for adults one kid and we only had one towel. Also we had to get our toilet fixed on more than one occasion. They did come and fix it right away the first time the second time as we were checking out is when it broke again. when we tried to call down to the lobby to get our problems fixed there was no answer so we went down to the lobby to find that no one was at the desk. They had put up a sign saying they would return shortly and the wait for someone to assist me in the others behind me was minimum 10 minutes. The only thing that would have made this a better stay other than the problems that we had being fixed would have been having a continental breakfast.

The area is fine and the staff are very friendly.

From what I had heard, this was a nice place a few years ago. It is no longer nice. Our first room had black water in the toilet and running out of the shower, and I had to use a flashlight to see that as the light was so dim I could barely see. The front desk and staff were very very nice and got us a different room and said there was a plumbing issue a few weeks ago and to just run the water. I’m sure that would have done it, but I had seen enough. The second room was fine, but one of the headboards on the beds was ripped off from the wall and it smelled like pot. I had planned a weeklong stay, but cancelled after the first night and stayed elsewhere.

room was dirty. bed skirt and bed spread had crusty food stains. food stains on the wall. carpet was sticky. shower did not drain. toilet ran constantly. continental breakfast was lacking. COVID’s over, put the tables back and bring back more than grab n go items.

Everything!! The place was disgusting. The floorboard was rottiing off the wall. Toilet didn't flush till I FIXED IT. Lamp shade was broken, doors around the whole hotel were not locked, beds were worn out and uncomfortable, key cards didn't work 99% of the time to get in. The main entrance looked very nice, but that was the only room. For $330 for 2 nights, 2 people plus a $100 cash deposit because I was paying with cash AT CHECK IN!!! I've never paid for a stay at check in, it's cc on file cash at check out. Pool it if order, no continental breakfast(not so much as stale muffins) ) Massively overpriced for ghetto run down hotel, quality of the place is more in line with the $30 a night run down motels.

Beds were comfortable and new. clean sheets and new bedspread .

Bathroom is old , tiles and grout did not look clean. and wallpaper pealing. Main thing was the carpeting needs replacing. it was stained and probably the reason that the room had a bad odor.

Nothing.

Black mold in the shower. Stayed 4 nights and got a total of 2 towels my entire stay, even after multiple requests. There was NO housekeeping. Lots of missing light bulbs.
