We absolutely loved our stay in Rotorua! Everything about our experience was fantastic. Firstly, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after our adventures in the area. The homemade breakfast served each morning was a delightful touch and truly made us feel at home. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Additionally, the delightful home decor was right up our alley and added to the cozy atmosphere of the accommodation. We couldn't have asked for a better host than Jan. She was incredibly caring, helpful, and exuded warmth and friendliness throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rotorua and looking for a comfortable, welcoming stay with exceptional hospitality. Gute, ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstrasse von Rotorua. Ca. 1 km bis zum Zentrum. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben unseren 6 tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Lovely gardens, lovely suite layout, attention to all the details for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent- situated in a very pleasant street with easy access to everything. Good off street parking. Our host was most welcoming - made us delicious breakfasts and was very helpful with regard to places to visit in the surrounding areas.

Schoon, keurig en het ontbijt werd gebracht ( hier in NZ nog niet meegemaakt) op de tijd die jij wilt. Hele aardige symphatieke vrouw! Ligging was ook perfect. Rustige buurt

It was like a house. Spotless. Everything top quality, right down to lovely Sheridan towels/sheets etc. Spacious. All cooking equipment top quality. Washing machine excellent-short cycle available. As comfortable as my home back in Australia. Breakfast delivered to the back door at pre arranged time. Could stay here long term.

We parked directly in front. And the landscape was well thought out and kept up.

Lots of space, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Jan is an amazing host who is generous with her time and makes a delicious hot breakfast!
