Not maintained. Yard was a mess. No drapes in house except bedrooms. Yard was a mess. Front door lock and back door was broken.

Clean with plenty of warm, space.

Didn’t have enough toilet paper for our family of 6.

House is big, modern, clean, and well-maintained. Great location. A lot of amenities.

The spacious living overall. The configuration of rooms were perfect for our family. Dog friendly. Beds comfortable. Beautiful decor, upgraded appliances worked great. Dishes and kitchen ware all were perfect for what I cooked. Walking to the sunset cliffs for the sunset was a highlight and then walking up to the frozen yogurt place for dessert . Everything was very clean. Easy in Easy out.

Not to be picky, towel bar in master bath. You know about the leak and loose door knob. Shade on master bedroom door to backyard. No potato peeler, but I made due with a knife. Maybe more seating in living room. We found it difficult to pick up our dog poop in the long grass in backyard. Very minor tweaks if you want to make a more perfect rental. Traffic was busier than expected on catalina blvd. Couldn't get the wifi to connect in guest bedroom, only living room. So bedroom TV didn't work.
