Nice location clean

The location was perfect for walks, sunset views and getting out and about. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was nice and clean but a bit sparse for those that like to cook more complicated meals. My family had a great experience here and would stay again.

Perfect for us...we enjoy and everything was close to have activities...

This location was actually very nice. I thought it would be out of the way kind of place but to the contrary, it was situated in a nice neighborhood and very quiet, except for the occasional emergency vehicle blaring by. The Vacasa people have been very nice and we’re nice on check in and not accommodating on the way out. Only needed an additional hour to check out and they would not give it to me. The inside of the house was clean upon arrival. The exterior of the house was not. Pathways covered in debris and the yards were not mowed. The back yard has lots of holes so it’s difficult to walk on it if you’re a young child or elderly person. The back yard has several types of plants and that was very fun to see there were spiders and spider webs everywhere. That was not fun getting caught up in them. The interior of the house was vacant of any art work that made since. It has been emptied out of most everything but the barest of essentials. This is a 4 bedroom house , which boasts the ability to accommodate 12 people. Well don’t expect to enjoy the family room together as the family room only has a couch that accommodates no more than 4 people. . The beds were just a step above sleeping on the floor. Although the sheets were nice. There are no toys , games, beach chairs,, beach toys or bikes to use. There was one bike leaning against a tree but both tires were flat. This was way too expensive for what you get at this house. Not a house I will rent again. We rent about every other month. But we won’t be staying here again. I do want to say that this is a nice house if you have a dog or two with you.

The location of the house was great. Extremely close to the airport and right in between pacific beach and downtown San Diego. The house was great.

The house was CLEAN and was a perfect floor plan for our vacation ! Tons of room for everyone and the house had all the things that someone would need- kitchen tools, iron, extra bedding. We will be back!

We stayed here for a wedding in the Point Loma area. The location was close to where we needed to go, but If you want venture to more of San Diego, it’s a little out of the way. The home was clean, well kept, but could use darker curtains/shades on windows. Kitchen had everything we needed. Someone came and took the main trash out for trash day and back (which was odd bc no one told us and required them to come on site to a location inside the front gate). Otherwise I’d stay here again if needing to stay in that area.

House is good size for gatherings

Loved our stay. Secluded area very close to town. It was perfect.

I loved the dual master split floor plan that allowed for 4 adults and 2 dogs to stay together comfortably with privacy. There were still 2 other bedrooms and a bathroom that were empty so another couple of people could've easily stayed without it feeling crowded. Kitchen, living room and dining areas were very accommodating. Both front and back yards were spacious and relatively private even though it's right off an active street. It's super close to a grocery store which was nice when we kept remembering stuff we forgot to bring. I only wish there were a couple more window coverings and that we could've stayed longer! We will definitely check this spot out again in the future.

We had a great visit. We did a lot of sight seeing and dining in San Diego and it was a great central location. Neighborhood is quiet and safe to go for morning walks and runs. The house was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. Wish there had been more furniture for gathering. We didn’t cook so I don’t know about kitchen cookware but it was a good size.

This is a wonderful house located very close to PLNU. The property was very clean, spacious & had everything you need. It is much larger then it seems online. We loved every minute of our stay & plan to come back. If you have a child attending PLNU it a perfect location.

Nice house near alot of the attraction we enjoy doing on our vacation. Close to shopping market and very relaxed area.

We loved the house and was so close to the ocean and all the places we visited. Will definitely return for another visit.

This home was lovely. It was clean and cared for. The 3 baths and 4 bedrooms was perfect for our needs. The only rub was the busy surrounding streets, while we didn’t much mind during the day it was somewhat bothersome in the evenings. Overall this property was nice and met our needs for our stay.

We had a great time at this home - it had everything we needed and it was clean. I’d like to add that my standards are extremely high because I own a large vacation rental cleaning company called Luxe Mountain Living in Northern Arizona and am also a Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens in CA and AZ & I specialize in Luxury and Vacation Rental homes. I’m sure I am much more picky than others and I was pleased with the overall cleanliness; the very minor items missed aren’t even worth mentioning and I’m sure wouldn’t be noticed by a different guest! :) My only suggestion would to be to add a television to the main master bedroom. It was really nice that there was a starter supply of coffee and filters in the home until we could get to the store and I love being greeted by fresh flowers as we were in this home. The back yard was so cute and cozy and perfect for evening meals after a day at the beach. The renovation was done nicely and there was plenty of space for our family to stay comfortably for the week. The kitchen is well-appointed and the beds are comfortable and we’re clean and neatly made upon arrival. We will definitely be back to Point LoMagic - as I visit the area often for work. Our family really enjoyed our stay! The home was modern, well-appointed, and clean! The location was really great. We could walk to the grocery store and to the water. We would definitely stay again!

Stayed for 2 days in a company of 7 and were not disappointed. House is big clean and well maintained. Lots of amenities. Would definitely stay again.
