Didn’t feel welcomed . Overall cleanliness for a resort is lacking. Nobody was available for help at the pool area . Bad house keeping. No fresh towels

"Excellent hotel. Great service.we really enjoyed the stay as family . The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots.specifically buggy drivers and reception staff. The location is great- especially swimming pool. Food was so delicious and staff were so friendly.I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again for our next vacation.include in our bucket list .

Awesome place for spending some quality time with your family. Everything about this place was perfect. The rooms,the view, the food.. everything was perfect 😄

The place is beautiful. I would highly recommand the late view villas. The staff was super nice and the restaurant offers some good options apart from buffet. The overall architecture of the place is well integrated with the nature around.

The spa could be more flexible in term of opening hours.

Amazing property - beautiful views, good and new rooms. We also took a 2-hour boat ride that we found was for a reasonable price, and the views along the backwater were stunning. Really peaceful sitting staring out along the backwaters.

Staff didn't speak much English; hot water in the room did not work well; food at the restaurant was just okay.

Not many activities to do...the rooms are too close to eachother and in front of each other...so not much privacy.

This was a truly amazing experience. We stayed at the lake view cottage which was right in front of the lake . Will defnitely be back .
