Fair attitude.

I recommend this apartment. Arrival and check-in instructions were detailed and very clear. Apartment is a good size and clean. Very well-located to walk to restaurants, beach, harbor, activities. Air conditioners and clothes washer worked well. When I arrived, the shower drain was slow. I reported this to Yiannis who had a plumber take care of it the same day. He also checked to make sure everything was fine the next day. Great communication and responsiveness! I would stay again!

Minor things: Kitchen has most basic items, but missing some (for example, a vegetable peeler). Clothes drying rack had only a few clothespins that were brittle from being outdoor in the sun

Only used as a location for showers etc due to a late night flight after a villa holiday. Was clean and central.

The pool wasn’t open.

So close to all amenities cafes, restaurants.

Lovely location, just over the road from harbour. Everything on doorstep. Property was clean and spacious. Perfect for a weeks holiday. Apartment was reasonably priced aswell. We often come out to Cyprus to visit my Uncle Paul who works at Latchi Watersports over the road so this apartment was a great find. Will be staying again.

Nothing, we had no issues with our stay.

Location was outstanding. Size of apartment exactly what we needed. Plenty of parking space. Great A/C. Good TV. Excellent veranda. Good size refrigerator.

Very musty smell when we arrived but dissipated once the A/C was on. Power went off when my wife accidently hit the water boiler button. Had to go to the basement area to reset (only knew this because the owner of another apartment in the area told us). Veranda should have been cleaned prior to arrival.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, bright and in a nice, quiet location. Next to beach, harbour, restaurants and shops. Close to hiking spots in Akamas park. Covered parking was provided. Most of the furniture are new and modern, the bathroom is renovated. Good matrasses on the beds. It was well equipped with washing machine, air conditioner, big fridge, micowave, kitchen utensils and a good size balcony with a drying rack. The view was overlooking a big field, we liked it. The check in was easy, the owner responded quickly for questions. We had a really good time, I would recommend!

The only issue I can mention was with the cleaning of the apartment, there were some 'traces' of the previous guests. But I bought some cleaning supplies, that I needed anyway for the stay, so it was no big deal. Some pans and pots were worn down, could be replaced and the textiles could be washed (curtains, covers).

The location was fabulous; very central yet away from the buzz of the tourist area. the balcony, looking over the fields was so calm and really relaxing to sit on during the evening. Instructions for check in and directions were some of the clearest I have ever been given. really great!! Host was very helpful; when I discovered there was no corkscrew, he gave me directions to go to another (empty) apartment and get one.

The apartment had not been cleaned very well- there were some very disgusting looking spots all over the floor, from the kitchen to the bedroom. They somewhat blended into the tiles, however it is a clear indicator that the floor had not been cleaned adequately. it really grossed us out and we tried not to think about what the brown/green spots could be! :((((( also the washing machine was in an atrocious state. it had bits of fluff, remnants of powder, a couple of baby socks and a HEAP of playing cards (!!!! yes. what the…??!!) in the machine and generally looked filthy. we ran a cycle to try to clean it, after removing all these items, and more playing cards appeared! super weird. we gave up on it and ended up doing hand washing.

great location and Yannis was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the silence in the area of stay. We've also enjoyed the comfort of having a kitchen to our own disposal for breakfast time before heading out for an all-day trips to Akamas or neighboirhood cities.

There's not much we can tell about not liking anything. The apartment met our expectations. The only thing thst bothered us were the cold walls and floor (January), so withoit having the heating turned on while at the apartment, prepare for chilly nights.

nice, clean accommodation, good size balcony to seat out. Wi-Fi and TV . Convenient location , i.e. close to the sea, promenade and cafes

The lighting is very "stark" white: a small "table lamp" in the main room - to make the apartment more "cosy" in the evening - is all I would recommend

A dish sponge was missing and the toilet smelled a bit.

Location, quietness, balcony, pool, the apartment itself.

Little things like no plug for kitchen sink and no wine glasses. A couple of extra mugs would have been useful. A simple instruction sheet for the flat including pool code, do's and don't 's. Clothes dryer was broken, most pegs were broken and the cooker hood didn't work.
