Very spacious and clean. It had great views and someone came to clean every day. The location was convenient and it was easy to get to places, especially the port for Zanzibar. Minor point-the lighting in the bathroom could be better. The facilities were great including a washing machine and Netflix! We would book again and would recommend staying there.

We have stayed many different places in Dar ES Salaam, but this place is our absolutely favorite one. It is clean, spacious and perfectly located.

The breakfast choice could be better: Additionally, some customers were smoking in the restaurant, which is a totally turnoff. Please consider putting swimming pool beds and towels in the pool area.

The unit was very large, had great A/C, nice view. 3 bedrooms, all with a comfortable double bed. 2.5 bathrooms. Great fridge. Comfy furniture in the living room. Great location, near the Zanzibar ferry, and downtown. Friendly and helpful staff.

The unit had a strong mothball smell, and it’s really like an air bnb in that it seems that most other units are owner occupied. There is a lobby reception but not really a place to hang out. There is a large swimming pool but no deck chairs or towels. Breakfast across the street at the casino is going foodwise but the ambiance/decor is a bit dreary

We stayed here Tuesday and then Saturday January, 2023 and the apartments were phenomenal. We're particular with places we stay in and these apartments were beyond spacious, quiet, beautiful, clean and about 20 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes walking distance to the ferry. Wifi and air conditioning all over was a plus. Delivery of food is about 15 minutes from time of order. Messages I sent were replied to within 5 minutes. I'll definitely stay here anytime I'm in Dar. Highly recommended! You won't regret it.

only problem was in the house 8c bed sheet was smelling and we asked them to change it from 18:00 but couldnt make it and we remainded the m at 23:50 they replied that they dont have bedsheet to replace otherwise itwas excellent
