Staff were friendly. Happy to give us their time to teach my girlfriend and I how to ride a scooter in Kuta.
Shower was horrendous for the private room. Limescale all over the shower head to the point it didn’t work. So I took it apart for us to have a shower then put it back together. We returned our keys for the bikes and the staff tried to charge us extra for the bike rental even though we rented for 24 hours. No activities planned for anyone staying.

Excellent value for money. Good location in Kuta, might be better to rent a scooter as it's not directly in the center. Beds are very comfortable with curtains and good mattresses. Bathroom is basic but clean. Very social vibe, everyone was connected.
You have to walk 10min in the city of you don't rent a scooter. Scooters are available in the hostel.

J'ai passé 10 jours dans cet hostel car je m'y suis vraiment sentie à l'aise.
Il m'a été facile de prolonger mon séjour et petit plus, il y a une remise au bout d'un certain nombre de jours passés. Le personnel était adorable et très accueillant. L'eau, le frigo et la mini cuisine à disposition était un vrai plus.
Les dortoirs étaient propres, les lits avec rideaux confortables. Autre chose de très pratique, les toilettes et douche dans des pièces séparées!
L'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre de Kuta, tout en restant tranquille puisqu'à l'écart de la route principale. Enfin la piscine est superbe, et l'espace autour est grand , avec plusieurs matelas.
C'est un superbe endroit pour rencontrer d'autres voyageurs également.
Bref je suis ravie de mon séjour là bas et recommande vivement !
Rien à reprocher, mais en suggestions je pense que ce serait super de proposer un petit déjeuner, et de mettre une serviette de bain à disposition d'office à l'arrivée ( j'ai pu en avoir une en demandant ).

It’s a really chilled and modern looking place and the Main Street is within walking distance. I felt really comfortable and it was easy to meet people. Very nice and clean bathroom and a simple but functional cooking area.

The staff there are so exceptional! Thank you to Ning and all others who made our trip so great. They will help you book surfing lessons and rent scooters. We had a lovely time staying there.

the best is the staff! Especially Rashid gives you a very friendly and warm arrival right away. He helped me with everything that still needed to be clarified. I could easily rent a scooter and the prices are fair! The room was fine, the bed very very comfortable and clean. Very good that there are curtains and lockers. The chill area in the hostel is also quite nice. good people there and you quickly get into conversations. I had to shorten my stay and I actually got these nights refunded! Not completely, but proportionally, which I think is totally fine. That's what I call customer service. drinking water was free!
unfortunately there was a lot of mold in the bathroom, the bathroom itself could have been cleaner. I know that it is not easy in these weather conditions, but other hostels handle it much better. honestly that is very disgusting.
the worse was the kitchen…just a joke! It was dirty, the refrigerator a mini format, no one cleaned or sorted out old food, absolutely no space to store anything. There were nearly no utensils for cooking. One sharp knife. Two small plates and maybe 3 or 4 old pots and one pan. No microwave or kettle.
I have never seen such a bad hostel kitchen.

It is in a perfect location, far enough from town so you don’t hear the mosque, the beds are so comfy with a duvet and the employees are so nice xox

It's nice to meet a lot of new people + the price is very cheap.
Rooms we're not clean at all, the pool was very dirty and overall the place doesn't look like they show online. Although it's very cheap to stay so if you want to save some money and meet people. Go!

great hostel with good atmosphere and lovely young staff. Good place to meet people! the beds are comfy with good privacy and space to put your stuff. Free water and a small kitchen are a great add on

Nice social hostel with large common area to hang out. The staff were super friendly and helpful making an effort to learn each guests name especially Meme. There is a lovely pool but it was under maintenance during my stay so unfortunately did not get to use it.
Bathrooms could have been a little bit cleaner and the light is very bad in the toilet and shower-almost dark. Not a lot of equipment in the kitchen for cooking.

I love the staff and the environment. There was great place to chill and swim. The bed was very comfortable. Great Air conditioner in the room - always perfect temperature. You can rent bike for decent price.
A lot of small things were broken which made it uncomfortable as a whole - such as my bed light (was repaired after I told someone to do it), the lock doors, my bed curtains, shower, both bathroom doors are very strange and always opened a crack. The same with the Dorm room - so you can here everything from outside.

This hostel has the best combination of social and chilled with the kindest staff and great facilities. Amazing bit showers, spacious and really comfortable, clean beds. There is so much space to relax and socialise outside of the dorms with facilities to make your own food.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank u Memed, Ning and Raschid, you make this hostel a better place! The dorm has AC and a clean toilet. Also I really liked the vibe in the hostel, people we're super friendly and you could always find someone to surf and hang out with, so it's a good place to meet knew people. It's a good place to chill with all the couches and the pool.

the Hostel was really nice and quiet - the beds were comfortable! Memet and Ning are very nice hosts , have a smile on their faces and are always happy to help with anything. can highly recommend!
