We loved everything about this property! The pool area, food, our cosy pool side room, the staff and location were fantastic.

I loved the property stylish and chic atmosphere. It beautifully blends Moroccan style and flair with modern elegant touches. The decor is thoughtfully designed throughout, creating a space that feels both beautiful and unique. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, with a genuine warmth that made me feel so welcome. The food was absolutely amazing, beautifully presented and full of flavour. Even with a limited menu. Everything I tried was delicious The room was beautifully designed, elegant and tasteful, with so much attention to details. The massive projector in front of the bed was an amazing touch. I had a movie night! The welcome gift was also a lovely personal touch and made us feel very special. Communication was mainly though WhatsApp, which was convenient and easy

The location is good and convenient for exploring Kuta. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the projector in the room, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evening. The hotel is new and has potential.

For the price we paid, the overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast was poor, with limited options and little variety. The staff were friendly but service was often very slow and seemed disorganized. The pool is much smaller than expected and not really suitable for swimming. Overall, the hotel does not currently offer the level of service and facilities you would expect at this price point.
