I stay here at least twice a year. I recommend here to friends and family.I love the hotel in general. It's clean the rooms are spacious. The customer service is really good. I encounter this lady on the first day Juliet or Gillian not sure that was her name. Really sweet. I had issues with my room and she attempted to resolve them instantly. Good customer service is the core and key to the growth of any hotel.
I visited the pool area this time. Very well kept.
I stayed for 4 nights. I didn't love where my room was located. I felt scarced in the first room because it had an adjoining room. The 2nd one was by the stairway so when I came back I kept running into room. I was traveling alone .I Believe if you have a guest staying 4 5 6 days give them a decent room.

Outstanding lounge on the top floor for gathering, watching planes on one side or wildlife on the other, and the ability to order food in the evening.
The wallpaper in my bathroom was peeling off, and the floor was sticky from whatever they mop with. The Cuban sandwich was just so-so.

Good location, convenience to walking eateries short distance to the pool of the port and the airport liked the free breakfast in the morning and the happy hour menu in the evening
The outlets for plugging things in just didn’t seem convenient. They were in awkward places we made it. We found a way to make it work, but it was just kind of inconvenient. The ones on the side of the TV, our plugs wouldn’t stay in them. They kept falling or twisting out so that the energy didn’t get to the devices, but other than that, our day was good.

"Sehr nah am Airport, also für eine Weiterreise am nächsten Tag ideal. Zimmer sehr gross. Frühstück total in Ordnung, die Aussicht auf den Airport vom Frühstücksraum im 10. Stock ist gigantisch. Man si..."
