Nice location with beautiful rural views. well appointed bar and separate breakfast area
Compact yet comfy bedroom. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and asked if we needed a hand taking our cases upstairs.
Bar area could have done with more comfy low chairs and fewer high stools.
Other than that everything was fine.

For us personally it was convenient for visiting friends in Lancaster
Boarded up window in our room. Apparently a bird had done it? Presumably a frozen chicken as this is the only bird I know of heavy enough to cause that kind of damage. 🤔
I think they could have offered a small concession.
