Convenient location for me as it is right next to MRT. Polite staff and facilities are new and clean.

For some reason, the WiFi in the room fluctuates and often drops off completely. This is my second stay and it happened before as well. Wonder if it's just my mobile.

The room is big and gym is good

The room is lacking some basic amenities like a couch to watch TV. There is a big empty space reserved for the couch, but no couch. Toilet is comfortable but missing simple things like separate shampoo / conditioner / body wash. Pillow had sweat smell. Breakfast was average. Internet coverage in the room was spotty and connection was intermittent.

Walking distance to 1 Utama. Everything was new and staff were great. Very clean and comfortable. I wished I could sleep in that bed longer.

Excellent hotel staff and customer service, rooms were clean and spacious. A short walk to one utama shopping centre and the MRT.

The flush for the toilet was weaker than I expected but was still adequate :)

During entire stay, network was down for days past and moving forward (est more than 5days). No network means the room line not working, WIFI not working and even my keyless card not working to open my door. Had to seek support from reception to open my room door every time. Network disruption resulted me unable to work from hotel which never happen during my travels. And seem that hotel require expertise from oversea for solutions which also didn't happen.

During my recent stay, the internet was down throughout then entire week (Sunday until Fri). Also, the shower room drainage was clocked up which the 1st day overflow until the whole toilet was wet. Even though after complaining, it was fixed but not fixed satisfactorily. The water still subside very slow.

Toilet flooded half way shower. (Was later change to another room) Internet was not working since checking into the hotel. In room phone not working due to internet issues. Breakfast is bad.

Good location - closed to MRT and big department store. The hotel is new and clean. Our room is also big and comfortable.

Lack of staff at the check-in front desk. We have to wait around 30 minutes for check-in. Staffs look lazy and not helpful. Wifi and telephone are unusable for 2 nights which is really bad for a big hotel like this.

Its near a shopping mall and MRT. The room is quite big as well.

The services are not at par for a 4-star hotel. 1. Room phone not working. Tried calling via the floor phone (outside the lift) also not working. Then i tried calling via the website general line number but no one pickup (more than 10 times). I even tried to use their messaging tool in the website, but no one replied. Lastly, send a message via their online form, no reply too. I had already checkout, no one replied. We unable to request for ice buckets and trolley for bags. We need to carry them ourselves to lobby. 2. When we arrived, no bellboy or assistance given outside of lobby. We waited, but then i had to take the trollet myself and put the bag ourselves onto the trolley. These may be small items, but it does not reflect your so called 4 star hotel services. I do believe its a security issue of not having the phone working in the room and/or no response from your team. Please do take a seriuos look into these problems.

Good location near 1 Utama mall. On premise gym is very good and pool is also nice.

I had requested connecting rooms several times and including the day before arrival. Was told that it had been noted in my booking. On check in, was told that I had connecting rooms but that the room was not ready. We went out for ~2 hours while waiting for the room to be prepared but when we came back, was told that we no longer had the connecting rooms. We refused to budge and after a lot of delay and negotiation (hotel offered us free breakfast as an alternative, which we refused) we were finally given the connecting rooms. While we got what we wanted, the whole experience left us feeling very disappointed with the hotel's service.

It was a good and comfortable hotel. We chose it as it was close to family and friends and near to the shopping centre. The staff were helpful and the amenities in the room were good too. Highly recommend it .

Preferred to have a choice of a'la carte menu instead of buffet at Cheks coffee house. Disappointed with the "nasi Lemak" at the poolside . There was hardly any peanuts or anchovies and no cucumber.

Check-in - Had an unpleasant experience during check-in. 2 male receptionists were at the counter doing whaever they were doing ignoring me for about 15 minutes. No notication/acknowledgment from them why it was taking so long despite there was no other guest at that time. Later, the concierge apologised and told me there was a system failure. Location – About 5 minutes walk from the Bandar Utama MRT station. Walking distance to the huge 1Utama shopping mall. Very convenient. Room – Stayed at Superior Twin with breakfast for 2. Clean with all required facilites. It was quite small but enough room for 2 persons. Bathroom – Clean with strong water pressure. Pool and gym - Beautiful and big pool at the 15th level. Gym is just next to it. Cannot enter the gym unless you need to have the access card obtained from the check-in counter. Breakfast - Very big spread with the usual local and international food. Wife told me her fried kway teow (flat noodle) was rancid. My honey dew was bad too.

I booked 5 rooms and one of the rooms smelled very bad.

Location! The centrality of the Petaling Jaya area is great. Hotel is directly connected to 1Utama & the MRT train station. Rooms are a little larger than average. Staff were great too.

Hotel is starting to show its age a little but all that needs to work, do work.

When i booked again the second stay, the room was not i expected as my first stayed. I thought my second stayed can have the same treatment as my first stayed.
