Maintainance!!!! Big room but TV is undersized. No bathroom floor mat. Coffee/Tea++ storage should be transparent, not hidden in a wooden container.

the services are quite bad - our room fridge was not chilled at all upon checked-in. We have reported at both reception and the hotline written in the room notes however no action was taken at all. room cleanliness is only average, bedsheet feels a bit dusty

- Walking distance to Kidzania - Clean room and great service - Ample selection and good food at breakfast

- Due for a touch up. the place is showing its age - the mall next to the hotel is derelict, presumably closed down to covid

the room and ambience were acceptable. the elevator was quick cleanliness was commendable

the staff at the counter upon checking in was mediocre. a lot of information missed out. midnight staff was a lot more helpful there was piss smell at the hallway, at the corridor next to the ballroom, from elevator to the lobby they said the parking fee could be waived, but the system was down?? during checking out end up i had to pay for overnight parking fee.
