The house was perfect for a large group. Some people slept in the back cottage. This allowed for all of us to have more space. It is a wonderful home.

The listing said that there would be bikes to use. They were in terrible condition and not even useable. This was very disappointing. Also, the games in the game room are old and non functional.

Comfortable house and quiet neighborhood until Friday.

House smelt stuffy, hadn't been used lately. Yard needed some pest control for the ants. Hottub hadn't been cleaned or used lately. And they need a taller housekeeper. And we couldn't figure out if there had been an earthquake since the last time the house was rented, but the pictures were all crooked. For the money I spent, I was disappointed.

We took our entire family and we were not disappointed! Great house and wonderful location. Not a bad walk to the beach either! We had 3 kids under the age of 5 and even they all made the walk to and from the beach just fine.

There is nothing that could have been better than this place. It was perfect.
