The host was very responsive. The room was comfortable and the ac worked great. It smelled good and was very clean the room was also cleaned every day. It also had a elevator which after a long day of walking was appreciated. I really liked the locution it was a reasonable walk from the train station and most of the main attractions was a down hill walk of about 30 minutes. After the first nigh of walking back up hill we took a taxi back to the room for around 10 dollars
The shower was small

Location was great, minutes away from Termini. Easy check in, very clean, first floor, no odors present as others have stated.
Minor - no microwave, air con could be a little better but good enough, little bit of outside noise (may be an issue others, was not an issue for me).

Property was clean and spacious, daily cleaning was a nice touch.
Very basic kitchen with limited utensils, quite far away from the city attractions but still walkable.
